お部屋がたばこ臭かったのですが、速やか変えて下さいました。 フロントの方のお人柄と対応力が非常に良かったです。

部屋が快適でした

アメニティ、パジャマはない。 お湯を沸かすポットはあるが、お茶もない。 冷蔵庫はあるが、水もはいっていない。 コスパを意識されたアパートメント。 とりま、綺麗でした。水回りもよいです。

とても綺麗で、広いお部屋 立地も良く、二条城が少し歩けば見られます。 また、静かな場所なので、ゆっくりできます。 少し音が響きます。 それを差し引いても全ての条件が良いです。 ルームキーはなし。暗証番号を入力して入室するシステム この度は素敵なお部屋をご提供頂き、ありがとうございました。

滞在時間は短かったのですが、部屋はキレイで、とても快適な空間でした。

施設については問題ないです。部屋も綺麗。空調も効いており、風呂もトイレと別なのでゆっくり入れました。 ただ、アメニティの確認をするために宿泊前に電話したのですが、「全てそろっているので問題ないです」の一点ばりで実際とは違った回答をしていたのが不満でした。 実際は以下の通りでした。 あるもの - シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、タオル 無いもの - ヒゲソリ、シェービングローション、歯ブラシ、化粧水 ドライヤーは私は使用しないので覚えてないです。

場所が分かりずらかった 部屋の開錠する番号が発行されるのだがやけに番号が多すぎて酔っ払って帰ってから番号を押すのに死に物狂いでやらないと行けないのでもう少し改善してほしい。 後、連泊だったのだがせめてバスタオルの交換してほしかった

清潔で、バストイレも綺麗で使いやすかった。 特にバスルームは、桶等もあり使いやすく清潔でした。 部屋も申し分ないのですが、歯ブラシや、髭剃り、ボディタオルなどないので、アメニティが少ないのが残念でした。

室内の備品は、必要最低限の物のみに洗練されていたと感じました。値段以上の価値のあるホテルです。 チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズに行えました。 電子レンジがあったり、お風呂のお湯が早く溜まるなど素晴らしかったです。 連泊なのでタオル交換のサービスがあったらもっと良かったと思います。 総じて満足です。

If you want quiet but still convenient to stores, Minn Niko-Jo is for you.

The location is a little more quiet than we expected (there's a beautiful castle nearby, but it's about a 30 minute walk from the main food/shopping areas) but the room itself was quite nice. The shower/bath in particular was great.

Good facilities in the room with a kitchenette, quite area but easy to use public transport into the Center of Kyoto and the main station

The hotel was excellent. Room was large and very clean. Location to bus and train services was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great! Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! If the staff were not available, you were able to call someone on the tablet at the front desk and they would assist you the best they could or get someone else to assist you. One issue was that we couldn't control the temperature of the heat. We woke up in the middle of the night, two nights in a row because it was too hot and stuffy. After that we slept with the window open and we were able to sleep much better.
