Clean and very quiet room. Small parking lot and have to pay for parking but convenient if there is a spot available. Close to airport. Snacks available in the bar area which was nice.

At checkout, they kept insisting I hadn't paid and demanded payment again; it was only after I went to the trouble of finding and showing the payment confirmation email from my card company that they finally acknowledged the transaction. Despite the inconvenience—such as being unable to check out for an extended period—they didn't offer a single word of apology, making the whole experience rude and absurd.

Great situation for the airport, room was clean but no tea or coffee options in the room was disappointing.

The stay was amazing during both our layovers in Tromso! Great location, views, and staff!

Had a lovely stay at Moxy hotel, stayed 2 nights during 23 hour layovers in Tromsø. Beautiful views from reception/bar on the 11th floor, a complimentary drink is included at the bar. The hotel is very close to the airport, it’s around 175 NOK for a taxi from the airport to hotel. The hotel room was very clean and offered functional storage.

Walking distance from the airport (if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk of course) along the coastline with a nice view. Reception in the upper section of the building with an even better view on the mountains. Nice staff. Unfortunately, all MOXY hotels are always Brady expensive….

No free parking (except first hour). Parking app was dire and very frustrating to use. Penalties imposed for any late payment of the parking charges.

La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. L'hôtel possède une terrasse qui nous a permis de pouvoir admirer le soleil de minuit. Seul hic, c'est un peu éloigné de l'aéroport.

The shampoo pump would not pop up and dispense. It was unpleasant to take a shower on a long trip from Asia.

Hei. Når jeg kommer til et hotell i Norge forventer jeg at personellet kan uttrykke seg på norsk. Fikk inntrykk av at alt foregikk på engelsk. Tilsvarende var ikke TV med engelsk film tekstet på norsk. Eller var det ikke vi som klarte å finne ut av tv-innstillingene kanskje? Men det skal sies at utsikten fra 11. etg. er flott.

The property is having an industrial dispute with its staff resulting in some curtailment of services. That should be reported to Expedia and declared when I book.
