The people at the front desk were extremely rude right upon check-in. We had friends come by for an hour or two and then they left but the property accused us of packing 5 people onto the property. They demanded our credit card information for check-in and wrote it down rather than just taking it for a security deposit. On top of that the room was extremely gross and smelled like mould and mildew, we had to check out and go book another hotel because after a few hours of being there, the smell was getting to our heads and we started feeling very dizzy. Expedia won’t refund us because the property is refusing to acknowledge the problem so now we lost the money from this booking. I would not recommend this place for my worst enemy. I am beyond frustrated with this motels refusal to compensate for the disgusting smell smells, and I’m disappointed in Expedia for refusing to give us even a partial refund.

Have stayed here several times and each time have not been disappointed. This time was in one of the rooms at the back. Found it a little dark but really wasn't there much during the day. The parking is a little narrow even with a smalll car when reversing out of the spot.

my experience was awful. Motel owner runs this business and the lady was extremely unprofessional and rude. she tried to scam me by trying to service charge of 50 dollars for room service which i did not ask for. she entered my room as soon as me n my family left for breakfast. when I told her you cannot enter my room with out my permission if there is no such urgent matter, instead of being sorry, she tells me she is very rich. Moreover, the service charge she was trying to charge is that she replaces two bed sheets of one bed and that even was not properly done, I have a picture of a room state when i returned to that room after a whole day spent at the blue- mountain.

Nice clean reasonable price accommodations

We just needed a place to sleep for the night. It was clean and comfortable bed . There were a number of repairs needed especially in the bathroom. No frills but OK

Comfortable rooms with microwave and fridge. No coffee pot, but McDonald's and Tim Horton's are both within a block.

Clean, reasonably priced and close to everything

The Milestone is a reasonable hotel in a town where others are ridiculously expensive. However the structure is aging, and it needs refurbishing, particularly the bathrooms. The grouting is breaking down and beginning to discolor, and the shower is old, rusty and needs replacing. The bedroom area is comfortable and is kept clean, and the in room fridge and microwave are definitely a plus. I would stay there again, but I'm not comfortable with the current bathroom situation.

Easy parking. Lots of restaurants near by. Clean and comfy beds

Great. No volume on the tv though. With 2 kids that was a bit unfortunate.

No doubt the property could use a reno - but for the price point, it was a perfectly good stay. The room and bed appeared clean, the shower ran hot, and the internet was smooth. The staff were also friendly. Would be happy to stay here again so long as the price remains positioned where it is. Couple things to be aware of - the bed was a little short for my 6' 2" frame so my ankles were hanging over the end. Bear in mind if you're a taller individual. Also, the road noise is quite pronounced if your room is fronting on the main street so bring earplugs.

Simple motel with friendly check in. Room was well cleaned, beds comfortable. A/C / heater worked properly and kept the temperature well. Parking in front of the bedroom door which is good for unload and load the car.
