Room was OK. At least the second one they switched us to after first one had a broken safe and lackluster AC. Problem is that "0" for the operator does not work so if you need the smallest thing, you have to go stand in line at the lobby to ask for it. Very annoying. Once you get to staff, they try to help. It's just very inconvenient and time consuming to get anything done (check-in, requests, check-out, etc).
