Very kind staff. The room was very clean.

The room was extremely cold and the night staff attendant did not take much effort to assist. My family and I slept in an ice cold room. The morning staff came in and changed the batteries in the control, then I was able to turn off the AC. Also, there was no body wash in the shower and no wash cloth available.

No elevator

Great for a quick stay staff very polite and the hotel was clean .location was good closed by to everything.

We lost the connecting flight from Philadelphia to Puerto Rico so we didn’t get to stay in the dream hotel and we lost the money from the hotel

Esto no es hotel más bien párese una pensión muy mala la cama y todo muy viejo no lo recomiendo

Good for one night. There's a few clubs and bars around so yiu can kind of hear the music and noise. Thw shower didn't have hot water

The hotel is right next to local bars and a couple of restaurants. The hotel is not in the tourist areas of Puerto Rico. Do what you will with that information. The bathroom could have been better. There were issues with the faucet, but the staff was helpful when we shared that with them. We were happy to support a local owned business and pleased with the price.

We had multiple rooms. Not all rooms are same, some of the rooms are pretty broken and unclean, while some are ok and clean.

The floor in our room was dirty and sticky.

Nice place and cheap. Staff very nice and friendly.

El cuarto q me dieron olía solo a humedad y hongo, el abanico de techo no servia, el calentador nunca funcionó solo salia agua fría y el aire acondicionado funcionaba por ratos
