スタッフが常駐していない。 ただ単にスペースを貸すだけ。食事もなし。街のことを質問することもできない。スタッフはチェックイン客がいるときのように特別な時間帯の滞在。 例えば、部屋から出たときに、誤って鍵がかかってしまい、締め出されたりしたらアウト！

This place is less of a hotel and more of a floor with 5 or so rooms and one person managing it who is rarely there. The room was not bad with a decent view. The area nearby is very dirty and covered in graffiti, I know theres nothing the hotel can do about it but its not a nice area. We had a late ferry to Hvar the next day and asked if they can hold our bags for us. They said they could but when the time came there was no one in reception. We called and they said "just leave them in the hallway" with no one watching them or locked up. Just the middle of hallway were anyone could walk away with them. That annoyed us so we left and paid a luggage storage place to watch them.

Booked a last minute stay due to a family member injury on vacation which required a hospital stay nearby. Room was huge, clean, bright and comfortable view was amazing. Confusion on check-in process, but not a big deal other than the hallway is not air-conditioned.

It was a bit hard to park and the hotel is on the top floor of the building. Don't really expect that and was still under construction. Front desk was super nice and quick responses. So it made the stat delightful

Nice place, well maintained property. it's on the 14th floor so the view is amazing

The view is gorgeous. Room is spacious and recently renovated. Great experience.

This property is very modern. Excellent location and the room is large. It does come with a refrigerator unfortunately which did not keep food cold. View from the room was excellent. It was a view of the harbor. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location and beautiful property! The rooms were awesome and everything was perfect. Inside of an office building but definitely the best view in Split!

Property a bit remote so not much in the way of restaurants etc. walls a bit thin baby crying disturbed sleep
