良かったです

チャイナタウンにあり、ホテル他の階層は異臭がしたりがありましたがここのホテルの階だけ異世界。ものすごく良い匂いで出迎えてくれます。とても綺麗でサービスも良く、大満足です。ラウンジに電子レンジもあります。 ラガーディア空港のみの無料シャトルバスが出ているので便利もいいです。タイムズスクエアまでバスと電車で40分ほどでした。タクシーを利用するともう少し早いです。 ホテルを出てすぐのところにコンビニ(売店?)のようなところもあり食事には困りません。 清潔感があり部屋も広く、また泊まりたいです。

Shocked that this property is actually operated as a Voco/IHG brand - it’s more like a poor holiday inn express. It’s a very peculiar set up, like a mini mall, with a heavy influence of Chinese outlets. The hotel doesn’t have it’s own restaurant, catering is actually contracted out to other companies who are in the building - and btw, the breakfast is woeful, instant coffee from a jar! Our room, whilst clean, had clearly been occupied by a smoker(s), so the smell was ingrained. Room facilities were adequate, but the cheap laminate flooring was uneven in places, and the old-style alarm clock was a bizarre feature. As usual in properties where customer experience does not appear to be the owner’s top priority, it is the front line staff who are left doing their best to make this as pleasant as possible, and this was the case here. Unless travel disruption forces you to stay here, I would recommend you avoid it.

A/C unit is louder then my new born child, every time i change his diaper he screams and when i change the temperature? You guessed it it also screams.

Hotel was very clean. Loved Douglas, Brooklyn, and Lamarr bevause they were always very sweet and were able to assist when they could. My friend and I loved our stay there!

This is my go to whenever I need to fly out of LaGuardia. Nice rooms. Excellent buffet in building. Fast shuttle and the most affordable of the airport hotels

Really nice hotel. Very quiet and clean. Staff was very helpful as well. Family of 4 and felt perfectly safe. Easy access to public transportation.

Hotel itself is quite nice. Room was nice size as was bathroom. Comfortable bed (med/firm mattress). A couple of issues: it is very much off the beaten path, not as close to Manhattan or the airport as I thought. I should have done more homework on that, and; Ubers or taxis have to drop you at curb due to gate. If you have a lot of luggage it will be a pain especially since hotel lobby is on 3rd floor. Initially a bit confusing trying to figure out where to go. Otherwise good hotel.
