掃除はスタッフの皆さんが清潔に維持している感じで好感が持てました。 お部屋について、テレビは通常のテレビチャンネルを見ることができず、YouTubeやネトフリを自分のアカウントでログインして見れると言っていましたが、試しませんでした。 施設の設備に書いてある物しかなく、ティッシュペーパーはありませんでした。キッチンペーパーかトイレットペーパーを使うように言われました。 また、ボトルウォーターのサービスやコーヒーなどはチェックインした日だけ頂けるとのことでした。 水は熱湯や冷たい水をランドリーにあるウォーターサーバーから入手することはできました。今回の旅行で、メキシコの物価の高さに驚きました。事前に必要なものは持っていくと良いと思います。 とにかく広い部屋で無駄なものがおいていないお部屋でした。

The place was roomy and very clean. Great location and close to the US border, restaurants, and coffee shops. Very safe. My only recommendation is to add a tv to the living area.

Spacious, very clean and great location

The location is excellent because there are many nice restaurants and bars nearby. The place gives you 1.5 toilet papers for your entire stay (we stayed 2 nights) and if you need additional, they charge you extra. I needed a hairdryer as the majority of hotels have them available in the bathroom, but not here. I was going to call them and they “do not” have a phone in the room to call the lobby, you either have to place an online request and wait maybe hours for a response or go down the lobby to request it in person. Then when I went to the lobby, they said I needed to leave my ID with them and they would return it when I give the hairdryer back to them…. extremely inconvenient when you are getting ready for an event. I go very frequently to Tijuana and stay in different hotels, I would probably choose a different place to stay due to the inconveniences.

Always nice to stay in this location. Front desk staff always helpful. Will keep coming back!

Stayed in room 102. During our stay we seen multiple cockroaches, the sheets had stains and dark shoe marks, the floors were cracked and scratched. The front desk man woke us up at 2:30 am by knocking loudly at our door because he wanted to get an identification card from 1 of our guest. Mind you we had already checked in at 11:00 pm. Very odd and inconsiderate behavior to wake us up at 2:30 am for something that can wait till the next morning.

Need better desk service. Provide trash bags. Request 3 time paeking key

Me abrieron la habitación a las 12 de la noche, yo ya estaba dormido y escuche que entraron a la habitación me.levante sobresaltado y vi que era uno de los del.personal del mostrador diciéndome que queria saber si estaba desocupada la habitación eso fue algo muy fuera de lugar por parte del personal no me gustó y no recomendaría el.lugar por eso
