駅近&おしゃれで7Fレストランも良かった^ ^

快適。長期滞在に最適。調理器具は全て揃っています。最上階に割り当てられたので、景色がとても良かったです。トラブルやリクエストに臨機応変に対応して頂けたので、旅行や大学院の勉強に集中できました。

Perfect location. Close to the public transportation and to the Zurich Airport.

Convenient for the price, very near to airport and downtown Zurich, excellent connections by train and tramways. Friendly staff, young quaint atmosphere. Restaurant and laundry in the hotel building.Parking available.

ottima soluzione in una posizione ben servita. Camera spaziosa pulita e di ottima finitura completamente nuova come tutta la struttura. parcheggio interrato smart a pagamento. Il check in è in autonomia, purtroppo c'è stato un intoppo col numero di prenotazione (non so se dovuto al sito o alla struttura) però ho risolto telefonicamente subito. ristorante all'ultimo piano buono e carino. tornerò sicuramente!

Spent two nights at the property in Zurich and it was perfect for my short stay. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, clean, comfy and affordable.

There was a roach in my room, no staff on site to check in and the staff over the phone was unhelpful and hung up on me it took almost 3 hours to get checked in after numerous calls to customer service and Expedia. Worst check in experience I’ve ever encountered.

Even though I have called customer support ahead of my arrival I did not get the link for online check in which was mandatory as therr was no reception staff at 5 p.m. in the afternoon. I did the check in in the reception area, whilst my car was on the pavement as again the digital channel to get the parking next to the hotel has not been very straightforwars. SO, the appartment was very good and the view close to amazing, just make sure you check in before you arrive and also if planning to arrive by car reserve parking as there is no (or almost no) street parking.

Best place in the area for the price. Right next to train/tram stop and just a few min from airport. Gym is extremely limited - with dumbbells max at 10kg, but it’s better than nothing. Breakfast is too expensive- but there’s a couple grocery stores nearby with fresh baked goods and coffee for a quarter of the price of hotel breakfast. I’d stay here again. Good for one person - for two it’s too small and no space to move in room or have a proper stretch. Feels like a shoe box… but it’s Zurich where prices don’t make sense… so overall it’s good for the value.

Very pinful check in process. Nobody contacted to let me know beforehand that i have to register online. Parking was not included and was not mentioned that there is paid parking. They were ready to squeeze every oenny out of us.

Vom Zimmer waren wir positiv überrascht. Es hat alles was man benötigt. Das Zimmer hat eine gute grösse und auch das Bad inkl. Dusche ist geräumig. Für das parken bezahlt man pro Tag aufgerundet 30.- Sfr. was für Zürich ok. ist. Bei der Reinigung gibt es Luft nach oben. Z.B. war die WC-Brille welche in schwarzer Farbe war, leider komplett verfärbt. Vermutlich durch zu starke Reiniger oder sonst was. Solche offensichtliche Makel wären einfach und auch relativ günstig zu beheben. Schade. Trotzdem würden wir das Appartement wieder buchen.

During our stay, we noticed a few aspects that could be improved. Upon arrival, the bath towels had some visible stains. We attempted to contact the reception in the afternoon, but it was closed; we were provided with a Swiss phone number, which was not very practical for guests without a local SIM card. It would be helpful to offer alternative contact methods, such as messaging apps, to make communication easier and more immediate. The issue was eventually resolved thanks to a member of the housekeeping staff we encountered, who promptly replaced the towels. Regarding overall cleanliness, the room appeared generally tidy, but not thoroughly clean. In particular, the walls showed visible marks and stains. More regular maintenance and attention to detail would further improve the guest experience. As for parking, the information indicated availability “upon request” or “limited”; however, we found only covered parking spaces available at a cost of CHF 30 per night, with no alternative options. A clearer description would help set more accurate expectations. Overall, the property shows potential, but some organizational and maintenance aspects could be improved to better meet expected standards.

This place is almost with no human presence and the rooms very tight but I would like to mention about Barth at front desk was the real light and shine at the property
