1. No proper instructions about the property and checkin instrections, the property number is not mentioned anywhere and had to pick from their photo. I had to make an international call to get the second room keys. Why? 2. No proper information nor communication about parking. I did speak to at least 3 other guests and all were struggling with the same. 3. WiFi didn’t work at all, all my planning for the following day is ruined. 4. Bedside lights were not working and had to switch somewhere and walk towards your bed in dark in a new place. 5. Kitchen kettle didn’t work so not even had a coffee. 6. Sink tap was loose and spills water around. 7. Air condition is joke. It simply made noise and didn’t cool the air. And no fan in the hot night. Ideally I should be getting a full refund for this one night(mare) stay for not using anything and have spent more money coming and staying in this apartment.

Wifi didn’t work and pictures were a bit misleading but for the price it works I guess.

The room was clean but it smelled horribly like cigarettes and a lot of the things such as the hair dryer the door didn’t work. Also the internet didn’t work, and never got fixed despite me asking politely several times. Good location though

Le studio propre ,assez bien équipé, accessible avec les transports en commun, des commerces à côté, franchement je recommande !

The room would have been decent if it weren’t for the leaking air conditioning, broken door handle, lack of WiFi and no curtains. There is no reception or help available at the property, and to get in contact with the host you need to call a Swiss number (which simply is not possible with my phone plan and would have been expensive either way). Upon talking to some other guests, the WiFi had been out of service for multiple days. Would not recommend.

Clean room. Had small kitchen with fridge sink and electric stove. Nice bathroom. Good budget option. Great for solo travelers

Hotel all Good but wifi not working

The sofa bed was damaged, with three broken wooden slats, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom had no shower curtain, so water splashed all over the floor. On the morning we checked out, the outlet for the microwave and stovetop stopped working, so neither could be used.

The location of this hotel close to the city, the airport and the tram line is very convenient. This was the Hotel Coronado Zurich once, which is now permanently closed on Google. It looks like 2019 is the last time this place was updated. The torn Swiss flag outside is a sign of what's inside. There is dirt and hair on the floor. There is body hair in the bed and on the bathroom floor. There also is no shower curtain anymore. There is no hand soap. The toilet seat is loose. There is mould on the bathroom ceiling and there are two holes through the front door from the hall, which is directly in front of the bathroom. These holes are just blocked with some crumpled plastic that could easily be pushed out. The kitchen tap is loose on the sink. The A/C doesn't work. It barely has fan mode if you turn it on, and then the green error light is too bright to sleep. The road is too noisy to open the window. The other tenants are noisy with knocking and shouting noises in the early hours of the morning. Do not book this hotel. It's cheaper than others in Zürich, but you will not be glad you saved the money.

La unica pega que tengo es que no me dejaron el tipico jabon de los hoteles.El resto bien.

You get what you pay for. We were looking for a cheap room for the night.

Good Location, there’s laundry facilities to use, good food around, the place said no smoking but our room smelled like someone had been there smoking. Kinda small bathroom and just clean enough.

The room had everything i needed. Easy check in. The negative points: the mattress and the pillow, thin in my opinion. Well connected with the city and airport by tram. Only 30 min walk to the centre

Bra ställe med nära till bussar och spårvagnar. Du får en liten lägenhet men. Vissa rum har inte AC.
