ダブルルームに3泊しました。 ノルウェーのホテルにしては広めで、デザインもオシャレで清潔です。バスタブはありません。 ボディウォッシュ以外にシャンプーとトリートメントもあります。歯ブラシはありません。 オスロのメインストリート、カールヨハン通りに近く、部屋もキレイで、大きな冷蔵庫も使えるので長期滞在にも向いています。 ルームクリーンは追加料金ですが、タオルなどはランドリールームにあるので必要に応じて自分で持っていけば良いです。 完全無人でフロントがなく、スマホで入り口とルームキー、クローク（チェックアウト後23時まで利用可）、ランドリーも使えます。（通信できないと入れないので、特に入り口はスクショ推奨） 食堂も無いので、朝ごはんをオプションでつけると、スマホにキーが発行され、指定の徒歩数分のお店（泊まった際は２つ）で定額分の利用が可能です。 予約してから最初にスマホのSMSに連絡が来るので、アクティベートします。その後、入金されてなくチェックインの少し前までキーが発行されてませんでしたが、ライブチャットで対応してもらえました。 ほかに二つのホテルに今回の旅で滞在しましたが、1番良かったです。

メインストリートのすぐ近くにあり、大聖堂の近くで場所もわかりやすく、駅からも簡単に歩けるため申し分ない立地でした。 シャンプー、リンスー、ボディソープ、ドライヤーや、コーヒーやお茶も部屋にありアメニティはよかったです。 施設入口は事前に送付された暗証番号で簡単に開きますが、唯一難しかったことは、部屋の鍵をネット上から開くことです。宿から送付されたURL内のopen doorsのroomの項目より、スマホ画面内でスライドすることで6秒間だけ鍵が開きます。また、何回かスライドしないと開かないことがあります。3泊の滞在中に同じ階に滞在する方で私以外にも2組同様に部屋の開錠に困っている方がいました。それぞれドアの前で、一組はコールセンターに電話中、もう一組はスマホ画面と格闘していたので声を掛けたくらいです。 部屋の鍵の開け方がわかりにくいこと以外は、かなり快適でした。

客室は狭いですが必要なものが揃っていて良かったです。特に、携帯の充電器と変換アダプターが部屋に置いてあったのは助かりました。

The room was very clean, and the free laundry was very appreciated. Our room was on the first floor, and the window opened directly into an alley where workers at the restaurant next door took smoke breaks - that felt a bit concerning from a safety standpoint and we couldn't open the window for fresh air too often. Otherwise the hotel itself was a good cost-effective option.

Great location. Pretty quiet rooms. Quality matched the price point. There’s only one washing machine and one dryer, but there’s a sign-up sheet and it’s free, so it’s a great refresh stay for backpackers. A lot of people had trouble with getting into the building. You MUST check in before you get there IN ORDER TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE LOBBY. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL STAFF ON SITE AND NO EASY WAY TO CONTACT THEM! Great stay, would stay here again. 6 minutes to central station

Easy to find and get to from train station. Using app and key codes were easy- only mildly tricky because we had 2 rooms and needed to change between pages. Shower had some mildew, but the room had nice fans. You win some, you lose some.

Nice clean place to stay. Functional amenities with the exception of the washer/dryer which was not efficient (I.e. drier took an excessively long time to dry clothes). Room 103 was immediately adjacent to an alley where a bar/restaurant would empty a lot of glass bottles later in the evening which was quite noisy but overall not too bad. Someone did smoke one day in the alley and it wafted into our room which was undesirable. The shower was simple but excellent and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of little niceties. Location was impeccable!! Convenient to foods, grocery, transit, attractions. The keyless entry was slightly annoying but mostly worked as expected. Ventilation was not great given the window opened only very little but not much of a problem. Overall 4/5.

The location is good, just few minutes walk distance from central station. The room is great and clean, but no cleaning services every day, so pay attention if you need the cleaning services.

Bob W is a bare bones hotel (no front desk staff). They are very responsive on WhatsApp if you have ANY questions. I had a few and they were quick to reply with the help I needed. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Take a look in the "Guest Area" app for local food deals. (I missed this and paid full price for breakfast) Thank you Bob W team for a great stay in Oslo Sentralen! 🍻
