Outstanding. Preferred Boutique hotel in Antigua

No hot water for showers

Service was great. The room was very nice. There are restaurants on the property but we did not try them. We did however try the black margarita which was excellent. My one criticism of the room would be the bathroom where the toilet is. It’s just a clear glass door with no privacy, it would be an easy fix to just place a privacy white tint in the glass. All in all a great experience.

This was the BEST experience we’ve ever had! Villa Las Mil Flores is an exquisite hotel with amazing service. The staff were incredible and our suite was breathtaking. We will return as it was an outstanding stay! 10 stars!!!

The staff are genuinely amazing! From Isabelle in reception, gardeners, cleaners and waiters, nothing is too much trouble. So friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated to walk into the town with restaurants and shops nearby. It was lovely having our own courtyard and open fire. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole property has been reformed with taste and style. Thoroughly recommended.

On several occasions, they helped arrange transportation at the last minute, always with a can-do attitude, ensuring I never had to worry about logistics. The staff’s command of English was also notable, making communication effortless and stress-free. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with booking local tours, they were always more than willing to assist with a genuine smile. Their level of service was a testament to the hotel’s commitment to providing a superior guest experience. An absolutely incredible visit to this stunning property. Our room with private terrace including private jacuzzi, fireplace and lounge area was exceptional, authentic and elegant. The restaurant was excellent, service top notch and they made this getaway so easy by organizing airport transportation, a Pacaya volcano hike and restaurant reservations. Planning a longer return!

This boutique hotel was very charming. The staff were extremely attentive, and the breakfast included in the rate was very nice- not your typical “included” breakfast (think omelette and eggs Benedict) We really enjoyed our time at Villa Mil Flores. The location is wonderfully close to everything, and both of the restaurants are very good!

The Staff level of care and attention to every detail made my stay unsurpassable. The food was outstanding. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

La mejor habitación (Hortensia) con el mejor restaurante de la Antigua Guatemala. La habitación que reservé tenía sala, dos chimeneas y el baño era un espectáculo. 100% recomendado
