スタッフの対応が素晴らしく快適でした。雰囲気のあるホテルです。

スーペリア ダブルルーム リバービュー (Plus)に8月に宿泊しました。部屋は1階(日本では2階)で、価格は2泊で9万円程度となかなかお高いですが、低い階でしたが部屋からテージョ川が望めてなかなか良いロケーションでした。部屋はそれほど広くはありません。バスタブはなく、歯ブラシもありませんでした。今回Expediaで予約したのですが、フルボトルの赤ワインも1本サービスで付いていました。ホテルの前には人気のトラム28番線が通っており、停留所からも直ぐなので観光にも便利です。ただ大きなスーツケースを持ってトラムには乗れないのと、この付近は坂が多くなんといっても石畳ではスーツケースの移動がとても大変そうな感じです。自分たちは空港からUberで移動しましたが正解でした。 周りにはレストランも多数ありかなり便利です。夕方から夜はたくさんの人がいましたが、それほど騒がしいということもなく、夜はゆっくり休むことができました。 朝食は地上階で道路に麺下側にレストランがあり、トラムが目の前を通るのを見ながら食事を楽しめます。朝食メニューは標準的でした。朝食会場にはコーヒーマシンがあり、24時間利用することができます。紙コップもあったので部屋に持ち帰って良い気もしますが、確認はしていません。 比較的こじんまりとしたホテルでしたが、部屋や朝食会場からの景色がよく、サン・ジョルジェ城やリスボン大聖堂も徒歩で移動できるので、ロケーション的にはとても良いと思います。価格は少し高めでしたが観光に便利なホテルだと思います。

Room was small but clean and served it's purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful. AC worked great. Location was nice - so close to so many things Alfama has to offer. Only negative thing was that walls can be a little thin at times. Slamming of other people's hotel room doors woke me up a little earlier then I'd like to be woken up. Otherwise, great place. Would come back again!

Et virkelig fint lille hotel i den gamle bydel.. Masser af stemning og fantastisk beliggenhed.. Særdeles egnet for solo rejsende.. Meget venligt personale og lækker morgenmadsbuffet.

Fun location with nice views of the water. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

We had the loveliest stay ever here! It’s absolutely gorgeous, perfectly situated in all the action without being loud and overwhelming. It was stunning. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and hand crafted. Definitely a memorable accommodation.

Excellent service, wonderful and accommodating staff. Clean and well laid out rooms. We had booked a room with a balcony. Very quite at night. Front desk staff is very happy to help with any questions. Extremely delicious breakfast, wonderfully presented and the seating area is very tastefully done. Breakfast can also be had in the small courtyard:) I have stayed at the Pousada bevor and will definitely stay again, it is one of my favourite hotels in Lisbon, it has all the charm and history of good old Europe. Location is wonderful in the midst of the vibrant Alfama district and steps away from Lisbon's hidden gems. Thank you again Team Pousada Alfama Daniela B.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the pricing is very reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The perfect charming hotel with the right amount of modern amenities. I LOVED this hotel and the staff was so friendly.

The location of this hotel is excellent, although difficult to reach by public transit from the airport. We took a taxi to/from. The hotel itself looks nice, it's clean, and it has a lovely back garden area. The air conditioning in the room worked very well! Unfortunately though, I would not recommend staying here, for the following reasons: - our travel plans changed and they were completely unwilling to work with me or our travel agency. - the staff at check in were completely flustered. They forgot to give my husband's passport back after scanning. Our room keys didn't work immediately. - the bedframe was so rickety when my husband laid down I genuinely got concerned it was going to collapse. Every time one of us rolled over it shook the whole bed. - the room does not have blackout blinds. The curtains let in a significant amount of yellow light all through the night. I woke up every hour thinking it was dawn but no it was only 12:30am.. 1:30am... Then it's impossible to sleep past 6am because of the sunlight coming in. - a surprise €5 per night tip when you pay the city tax at the end! I was so done arguing with this hotel that I just paid it. For what we paid for this hotel I simply don't see the value.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was small for two people and two suitcases - no where to really put the suitcases. Breakfast was good, lots of options. 24 hr espresso was great. Great location for tourists. Overall, pleased with our stay.

The staff was wonderful; they made our stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring as well as experiencing the culture and the history of the city.

loved everything

Hotellet låg fantastiskt bra uppe i Alfama. Spårvagnarna gick precis utanför och en av de bästa utkiksplatserna i stan låg också precis utanför. Promenadavstånd in till city och många sevärdheter. Hotellet var en oas, rummen mysiga såsom innergården. Frukosten var super och personalen mycket hjälpsam. Allting var superbra och jag kommer att bo där nästa gång jag kommer till Lissabon

Hidden gem in the heart of Old Alfama. Boutique hotel with elegance and style. Excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommend!
