スーペリア ダブルルーム リバービュー (Plus)に8月に宿泊しました。部屋は1階(日本では2階)で、価格は2泊で9万円程度となかなかお高いですが、低い階でしたが部屋からテージョ川が望めてなかなか良いロケーションでした。部屋はそれほど広くはありません。バスタブはなく、歯ブラシもありませんでした。今回Expediaで予約したのですが、フルボトルの赤ワインも1本サービスで付いていました。ホテルの前には人気のトラム28番線が通っており、停留所からも直ぐなので観光にも便利です。ただ大きなスーツケースを持ってトラムには乗れないのと、この付近は坂が多くなんといっても石畳ではスーツケースの移動がとても大変そうな感じです。自分たちは空港からUberで移動しましたが正解でした。 周りにはレストランも多数ありかなり便利です。夕方から夜はたくさんの人がいましたが、それほど騒がしいということもなく、夜はゆっくり休むことができました。 朝食は地上階で道路に麺下側にレストランがあり、トラムが目の前を通るのを見ながら食事を楽しめます。朝食メニューは標準的でした。朝食会場にはコーヒーマシンがあり、24時間利用することができます。紙コップもあったので部屋に持ち帰って良い気もしますが、確認はしていません。 比較的こじんまりとしたホテルでしたが、部屋や朝食会場からの景色がよく、サン・ジョルジェ城やリスボン大聖堂も徒歩で移動できるので、ロケーション的にはとても良いと思います。価格は少し高めでしたが観光に便利なホテルだと思います。

Loved this hotel. Great location, very friendly staff, super view out of our room on the 3rd floor windows to Alfama below. Good restaurant for breakfasts too.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The welcome from the staff was wonderful and the start of a lovely experience. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay at Pousada in a comfort room. The room was clean and welcoming and it was so nice to have a little outdoor space to relax in. The room came with a stocked bar fridge, personalized welcome letter, and pastel de natas to enjoy. We were happy to find a safe to store our valuables in. We appreciated the updated bathroom with nice big rain shower head and nicely scented shampoo/soaps. The staff was always so friendly, each time we ran into someone new on shift. They were accommodating and genuinely worked to improve our stay. The breakfast- I would say our slow mornings enjoying the buffet in the dining room or sunny patio area was one of the highlights of our vacation. Listen to the reviews and believe me when I say the breakfast is fantastic. Fresh baked bread/pasteries, cheeses, many fruits, warm veggies, potatoes, bacon, eggs, jams, and more. All good quality selections and very satisfying. Not to mention Portugal’s fresh orange juice as a staple. Self serve coffee station open all day long. The location is a perfect starting point for long days of exploring the streets of Lisbon. It’s central to everything. Great views of the city steps away. On the tram28 path for convenience. Tuk tuks right out of the door. Patio restaurants too. I highly recommend Pousada Alfama. We stayed as a couple and would revisit again and recommend in a heartbeat. Fabulous experience! They put their customers first! Such attention to detail. Great amenities; fabulous breakfast; outstanding staff! Great location for exploring the older part of Lisbon.

Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett mit 150 cm Breite; für zwei Erwachsene zu eng. Nachdem wir die erste Nacht sehr schlecht geschlafen hatten, haben wir das Personal um Abhilfe geben. Sie haben sich dann sehr bemüht und uns ein für uns besseres Zimmer mit breiterem Bett zur Verfügun gestellt. Vielen Dank dafür! Personal und Frühstück super.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar zentral und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wieder kommen.

PROS: location in one of the most remarkable hood of Lisbon, nearby restaurants, a miradour and one of the trams pases just in the sidewalk. Nice facilities, boutique-like hotel, very attentive personnel. CONS: small rooms, although functional, with a terrace (which is not bad at all). Definitely would recommend it.
