スタッフの対応が素晴らしく快適でした。雰囲気のあるホテルです。

スーペリア ダブルルーム リバービュー (Plus)に8月に宿泊しました。部屋は1階(日本では2階)で、価格は2泊で9万円程度となかなかお高いですが、低い階でしたが部屋からテージョ川が望めてなかなか良いロケーションでした。部屋はそれほど広くはありません。バスタブはなく、歯ブラシもありませんでした。今回Expediaで予約したのですが、フルボトルの赤ワインも1本サービスで付いていました。ホテルの前には人気のトラム28番線が通っており、停留所からも直ぐなので観光にも便利です。ただ大きなスーツケースを持ってトラムには乗れないのと、この付近は坂が多くなんといっても石畳ではスーツケースの移動がとても大変そうな感じです。自分たちは空港からUberで移動しましたが正解でした。 周りにはレストランも多数ありかなり便利です。夕方から夜はたくさんの人がいましたが、それほど騒がしいということもなく、夜はゆっくり休むことができました。 朝食は地上階で道路に麺下側にレストランがあり、トラムが目の前を通るのを見ながら食事を楽しめます。朝食メニューは標準的でした。朝食会場にはコーヒーマシンがあり、24時間利用することができます。紙コップもあったので部屋に持ち帰って良い気もしますが、確認はしていません。 比較的こじんまりとしたホテルでしたが、部屋や朝食会場からの景色がよく、サン・ジョルジェ城やリスボン大聖堂も徒歩で移動できるので、ロケーション的にはとても良いと思います。価格は少し高めでしたが観光に便利なホテルだと思います。

Perfect location, friendly staff, great breakfast. We made the right choice by staying at Pousada Alfama.

The accommodations are excellent. The staff is very welcoming. Breakfast is great and the location is the best! Across the street from miradores and many local restaurants and bars.

Great service, ideal location

I had an incredible stay. I checked in very late and the staff were absolutely incredible. They were very communicative and kind. The free breakfast was sensational and I felt very much at ease. Yiu wake up right in-front of the ocean and it was beautiful feeling.

Location

Friendly staff on check-in and helpful during entire stay. Fabulous breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the free all-day coffee and the lovely indoor/outdoor cafe to drink coffee, write, work, etc. Rooms were small, but not cramped. Very clean and super comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

We had an unfortunate travel delay and loss of luggage. The staff were very helpful in trying to help communicate with the airline. Loved the location with gorgeous views just steps from the hotel. Just wish we had more time to enjoy it!

Great location, wonderful staff and super clean room. The location is right next to major viewpoints in Alfama and in a very lively area. Also highly accessible from Chiado and Bairro Alto. Highly recommend!

Hotel is nice and clean

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer und immer freundliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter*Innen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super und war gut einzustellen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker und Kaffee sowie (Obst) Wasser waren den ganzen Tag gratis zu bekommen. Auch die große Terrasse vor dem Hotel war sehr gemütlich und lud abends zum Verweilen ein. Einziger Minpunkt war unser Balkon im 1. Stock. Wir haben gegen eine kahle Mauer geguckt, die man eventuell in einem freundlichen Ton streichen könnte. Dazu ein paar tropische Pflanzen und es wäre herrlich gewesen, dort abends noch eben zu sitzen!

10/10 experience. Very clean, welcoming staff, very helpful. Entire process from start to finish was best in class.
