Beautiful room with easy contactless check in. Right by the bus routes and main shopping and dining areas. Lovely fixtures and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was spacious. Kitchenette was adequate. Lovely tea selection and thoughtful free snacks. No coffee though but great cafes all around the corner. Room can be a bit noisy at night with bars downstairs.

I had a lovely stay. It was very easy and a great location.

I don’t like being given the disabled room. Noisy- somebody was drilling and hammering at 7:15 am. Small. Broken wall. Toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. Literally no drawers or cupboard to unpack clothes.

Warm and Cozy Studio in Central Wellington – Great for Tourists, Not for Business The studio itself was warm and cozy, and the location is definitely a highlight—right in the heart of where everything is happening. It’s perfect if you’re in Wellington to explore the nightlife or don’t have a car. The bed, however, was quite uncomfortable, though the bedding was decent. Shower and kitchen facilities were just okay—nothing fancy, but functional. One major downside was the noise from the bars on the street. I was woken up four times between late evening and 2am, which made it hard to get proper rest. That really affected my stay, especially as I was visiting for business. Communication with the host was fine, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I’d recommend this place for tourists or partygoers looking to enjoy Wellington’s vibrant scene. However, if you need a quiet night’s sleep or are in town for work, I’d look elsewhere.

Such a sweet little place to stay! It’s central to the city which makes getting around so easy. As well as this, all the staff there, including the owners, were so friendly and accommodating!! It made our stay much more pleasant and stressfree

Loved the location easy to access clean and very quiet

We first spotted this amazing accommodation in the Air New Zealand Kia Ora magazine and wow it did not disappoint. Great location, facilities, comfy bed and nice welcome touches.

The Cobbler is a nice compact place to stay for my work trips. It is always clean and comfortable and the no staff / self entry via the app is great for me. Don't need to speak to anyone!! The service is fast if you need anything via the app. Plus I love the snack pack and drinks in the room on arrival.

Loved our stay, modern accomodation, very comfy bed. Convenient parking close by, so close to shops, dinning options, was wonderful!

Room was comfortable enough . Hair left in shower from previous guest wasn’t ideal , but otherwise room was nice

Incredibly central location - walking distance to Cuba Street, Lambton Quay and Courtenay Place. Clean, comfortable bed, quality toiletries and lovely tea coffee and snacks offered.
