We had a good stay at Andenes.Room was clean,breakfast was good.Free tea and water anytime.Only issue we had that our room was close to the breakfast room and you hear chefs prepare from 4:30am.

Clean rooms with large comfortable beds after multi day long treks. The walls a quite thin, but they provide ear plugs for you. Breakfast and other amenities were great!

Beautiful property, helpful staff & easily walkable to everything in the old town

Your hotel was our best experience in our 3 weeks in Peru. The beds are cozy and breakfast superb with chia for yogurt, a chef who made eggs to order and extras galore for toast, sausages and even almond milk. The concierge coordinated a taxi for us from Cusco to Palcoyo mountain (to hike for 2 hours) and then to our next hotel in Ollantaytambo. Our driver was expert and friendly and even stopped for us to buy snacks. It was a very long day and Frank drove at efficient & safe speed to get us to our destination in good time. I can’t say enough about the tea and sweets in the lobby, shampoo & conditioner, and rooftop terrace for a spectacular view in the sunny morning! All the staff from cleaners, kitchen, night and day front door people, always friendly and helpful.

Excellent rooms and they were very clean. Heat, hot water, and everything else functioned as intended. The property itself is also extremely beautiful and picturesque. Staff is super helpful and accommodating, and they also had great breakfast options. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful hotel located in a quiet convenient location. Staff were so kind, the hotel was clean, and hot showers always available. I was sad to leave at the end of my stay.

Great location, quiet but close to everything in the old town. Friendly & helpful staff & good breakfast with plenty of options and cooked to order eggs. Comfy bed & nice bathroom with toiletries. The only downside is because the rooms are situated around an open courtyard you can hear people moving around and talking. We stayed here pre and post Inca trail and really appreciated our bags and clean washing ready in our room when we got back and the bliss of a hot shower, plentiful towels and a cosy bed. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We had the most amazing stay here, the staff went away above and beyond for us. We arrive very early in the morning from an overnight bus and were exhausted, they were able to get our room ready for check in by 10am and stored our bags. Staff were so friendly and happy to recommend things to do. Breakfast was delicious and they even gave us breakfast to go when we had early mornings to Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain. Beautiful place to stay, great location!

Absolutely loved this place. It’s quaint and beautifully decorated. It was around the corner from the plaza de armas but far away enough from all the chaos. The breakfast was incredible. Everyone was so nice and the rooms were immaculate. I’m so glad we stayed here!!!

Hotellet ligger perfekt til i byen. Det er kun fem minutter å gå til torget. De ansatte var utrolig hyggelige og gjorde alt for at oppholdet vårt skulle bli så bra som mulig. Hvis jeg noen gang ska tilbake til Cusco blir det på samme hotell!
