部屋も広く気持ちよく過ごせました。全体に上質です。不満はなくぜひまた利用したいです。ホテルの駐車場は満車でしたので、徒歩5分ぐらいのCharing Cross City Parkingというホテル提携駐車場を利用しました。

Hotel is nice location. Rooms well appointed and spacious with good amenities There is no aircon so rooms are very hot even with the window open. The car park is also very small so had to park somewhere else

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage. Man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Es gibt einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, der jedoch kostet. Das Ambiente und die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist eher klein, aber man findet etwas. Schön wären noch vegane Alternativen. Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen und wir würden es weiterempfehlen!

All the advertisement indicated onsite parking. There are signs pointing you to the hotel parking. We parked there only to be told that’s private parking and we have to park a few blocks away. It’s a lovely hotel otherwise.

Staff were lovley and friendly place was modern and nice and quiet Great location and had parking at a charge. I wasnt happy we were given a disabled room! But enjoyed our stay

Staff is great. Hotel is nice and mostly clean. The only negative thing I did not like about this hotel was no air conditioning when the room was hot.

I didn't sleep well due to banging doors ( mainly the staff ) paper thin walls and a building site next to the hotel.

One night stay in a newly refurbished hotel so room was outstanding. Waterfall shower was amazing. Did not eat at Chop Bar and Grill.

The room was a bit tired, there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Hotel muito bom, ótima localização, ótima estrutura, quartos grandes e confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom.

Room with a. View ! Nice. Small room. Bad room maid service. Everything else was great.

Stayed here a few times before. Lovely hotel, staff are very welcoming, view from the penthouse suites is stunning, great place to stay if you’re going to the hydro and lots of food and drink options around.

Roadworks and closed roads made is very difficult to find the car park, some sign posting would have been helpful. Hotel room was excellent and clean. Noise outside the room from other guests walking past was quite bad.
