Great rooms, staff and facilities

Pristine room well appointed modern room. Beds are amazing and I stay in a lot of hotels this was the best. Quick check in, secure parking, restaurant was also good

Staff were great. Tub in room didn't drain well. Seemed to be plugged. Had a shower but it was soaking my feet under water. Not the best.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and in a good location with lots of restaurant options and cute shops. Enjoyed our stay!

Check in, room layout, gym, restaurant, all great. There was a constant load tapping noise coming from the heater in the room all night that kept me awake. Extremely annoying.

Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. My room was spotless, comfortable and I was given a room with a view across the harbour. Very nice. All of the staff were professional, warm and welcoming.

Parking at an extra fee and not mentioned at checking. Noisy room near us on the first night.

Amazing staff

It was a great 2 nights stay as the hotel is near the downtown harbour as well as museums. It is in front of the tourist information center. The location is front of the casino and has overlooking views of the harbour. The room was very clean. The pool and the hym made our stay heavenly.

Rooms are always clean, the staff friendly and accommodating, with convenient location and great amenities, this is our go to stay in Nanaimo.
