駅近で、スーパーもあり便利。 4泊したのに、タオルと部屋掃除が無しがきつかった。 トイレットペーパーが無くりかけで、大変だった。それ以外は大満足です。 次回も泊まりたいです

施設内は清潔で、快適に過ごせます。ただタオルやシーツの交換はホテルのような頻度ではないので、そこを許容できるかどうかです。チェックインに時間がかかったように、ロビー対応の方の手際のよさや英語の流暢さは個人差があるのかもしれないです。ただ全体的には清潔で、スタッフの感じもよく、値段以上の体験だったと思います。

Chambre vraiment inconfortable lit tellement dure

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s okay. It’s not a hotel, it’s student dorms, but it’s been quiet both times (early November) and the rooms are fine. There’s a little kitchen with induction rings and a microwave, a big desk, and a bed. The mattresses are very firm, which I normally like but they tested even me. The people are friendly and the location is great for CCIB, which is why I chose this place.

Zimmer Reinigung war gut Es wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Ein paar schränke waren locker aber das war jetzt nicht der Rede wert Die Gegend Richtung U Bahn Station 5 min gehen war etwas unangenehm nachts. Aber mit der Straßenbahn und Bus war man fast an dem Campus und es war deutlich entspannter als die Gegend an der U Bahn Station. Für den Preis wirklich super. Unten am Eingang war auch zu dem Mitarbeiter und der Rezeption ein Security Mitarbeiter.

Its a simple check in with an elctronic app door access. Rooms are clean and you are given towels and shower gel/shampoo(not the best but its still something). Facilities are decent. Its not far from metro, bus stop and trams. Overall a good place to stay. Can get a bit noisy on the streets sometimes(but imo u wont find a qiet place in barca)

It was a decent accommodation, easy access and travel route to the city centre

This is a student campus trying to make extra money with vacant rooms, they have no clue to run a hotel whatsoever. Very noisy environment with bare minimum facility (No kettle. no glass or mug, no tv.......,.

The property had an unpleasant odor, often resembling rotten fish. The kitchen equipment was dirty, outdated, and largely unusable — including worn-out Teflon pans. The stove didn’t work and there were no instructions provided on how to operate it. The tap water had a strong chlorine smell and didn’t seem safe to drink, and unfortunately, no bottled water was provided upon arrival. On a positive note, the check-in staff were friendly and communicated well throughout the process.

Foi melhor do que esperava, o quarto estava limpo e bem conservado. Eu já sabia que não é um hotel, portanto, não espere serviços de hotel porque eles não oferecem, não é a proposta. Se for apenas para dormir, achei uma boa opção de custo-benefício, especialmente, para quem vai participar de eventos no CCIB.

Gute Anbindung in die City, Strand fußläufig, größeres Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe, Café Caprichio vor dem MiCampus sehr zu empfehlen. Umgebung fängt in den Nebenstraßen an zu kippen (unsicher). Im Hotel wurde die 3 Tage nicht gereinigt. Dafür gibt es eine Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool und Gym. Einfach, aber ok. Preis recht hoch.

I used to really love this place a couple of years back, but sadly over the last two years I’ve noticed the property and room conditions keep getting worse with each stay. The main pro is definitely the cost if you’re looking for a private room in Barcelona—it’s hard to find cheaper. But beyond the price, the quality and upkeep just aren’t what they used to be, which is disappointing.

Siendo residencia para estudiantes, es bien moderna con muchos servicios como parqueo, gym, cafeteria y espacio para trabajar. Lamentablemente la limpieza de la primera habitacion ha sido mala, he encontrado muchas ormigas por el piso que en cima entraban en la cama, piso sucio. Me cambiaron la habitacion y la segunda cierto estaba bien limpia. Tambien buscaba un secador y solo tienen 6 secadores por una residencia de 12 plantas con 15 o mas habitaciones por planta.

Great place to walk and bike from to enjoy Barcelona. Excellent and inexpensive room and facilities in the building.
