Super nice safe and big place to stay.

Me quedé 6 días y el proceso fue fácil and simple. El depa estaba limpio y lindamente decorado. Le recomiendo a cualquier persona que le gusta no tener un front desk y poder entrar y salir libremente. 5/5

1. NO INTERNET, we were never given the password and had to use all my minutes on my phone. 2. It was cold and had no extra blankets. 3. The 2 showers got flooded and we were told they would fix it, nobody came. We had to buy Drano to unplug the drain. 4. Poor communication skills.

This was a very nice 3 story living space, with a rooftop terrace, a functional kitchen with a full fridge and stove, for making most of your own meals, with a comfortable living room on the main floor, and two bedrooms and bathrooms, in the basement. Located about 10-15 minute walk from Guadalajara cathedral, and 15 minutes walk to Walmart. Many restaurants and shopping also close by.

Hace un año me hospedé y fue un estancia agradable pero, en esta ocasión no. Estaba el loft sucio y descuidado por ejemplo, estaba un pedazo de piso de la escalera sobrepuesto, la sala estaba toda sucia y olía mal, el foco del patio estaba fundido, tuve que pedir una plancha, solo dejaron un cobertor pequeño para 3 camas y cuando le solicité más a la persona de limpieza me comentó que no, que no manejaban más que puras sábanas… Mala experiencia porque olía mal, a sucio

Los departamentos están bien buenos pero ala atención por medio para accesos del carro y peatones me tardaron mucho en resolver uno viene cansado del viaje y quiere desacansar Y otra baños les falta limpieza se baña uno y se llena de agua no seva el agua

Está bien todo falta limpieza alos baños y los desagües de los baños Pero todo está bien hubicacion estacionamiento perfecto Pero me gusta si vuelvo

Fue cómoda la estancia, aunque si falta mejorar el clima, fueron amables en todo Momento, si requiere arreglar algunos detalles, pero en general es un espacio cómodo y seguro. Me gustó

mal tienen una pésima atención y su checkin multimedia está muy mal, poco amigable

Nunca me enviaron el código para el check in aún cuando les envíe toda la información Ya jamas contestaron Jamás renten con ellos

Property was clean and quiet, it rained a bit for a day or two and rooms were a little chilly no blanket’s available for use. Towels to shower were a few and no extras available. Sent a message to host about a few small roaches and no reply was sent back. Notified cleaning personnel and they stated they would send message until now I have not received a reply. It’s convenient to get around the place was clean and plenty of area to rest and work. WiFi was spotty and slow.

Muy revomendable y privado

muy lindo el departamento, hay dos baños, la seguridad tanto del estacionamiento como la de la puerta excelente, en un cuarto si hay refrigeración y en el otro solo hay un abanico y en el cuarto del abanico no había colchas

The neighbors around the apartment were trying to enforce quiet hours when it wasn’t the time. They were harassing my husband and I because we had the sliding door open and our one year old was laughing and playing in the living room but apparently they didn’t want to hear that at 7pm. Very unwelcoming!

Honestly I have no idea if the place was clean or well maintained. They gave me the wrong door code so I couldn’t get in. I waited for a reply but with a sick and disabled husband in tow I couldn’t wait long. I checked into another hotel a then an hour later they sent a new code. Too little too late.
