We had a wonderful, short stay. Food was delicious, bed very comfortable. Decor and vibe inviting. Wished we could have stayed longer. May return sometime in the future!

This was such a great stay! We stayed 2 nights in Aunty Stone room and it was so wonderful! Downstairs included a do it yourself coffee and tea bar and sodas! Fantastic! The breakfast each morning was wonderful and the staff super nice! Very close to all the shopping and restaurants! Stay here! You will not regret it!

We will be back again and again!

We had a lovely overnight stay here—the staff was welcoming and friendly and the house was historically elegant, but with some modern touches. The breakfast was lovely and it was just a short and easy walk to shops and restaurants. If we come back to Ft Collins we will absolutely stay here again!

No heat in our room the first night except for the fireplace. Soap and shampoo were too highly scented and caused itchiness. Breakfasts were great - excellent food and service. Nicely decorated in the recent renovation. Convenient to Lincoln Center and Old Town. One window in our room was blocked off, so very little natural light.

We had a wonderful stay! Becca and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was perfect. We can’t wait to stay again!

We originally had reservations for just one night but needed to extend a couple of nights because of illness. The staff was so kind in accommodating us to make this possible. Breakfasts were a joy and changed every day. The property is beautiful, and I hope we have another chance to stay there.

This is a super sweet place to stay! Beautifully appointed and well thought out. The breakfast was delicious! I wish I could’ve had more time Just to hang out on the front porch! I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again!

Beautiful, welcoming Inn! Attention to every detail and comfort. Outstanding service and delicious breakfasts. Delightful front porch for relaxing. Amazing beverage (coffee, loose leaf tea, and cold beverages) bar! In house holistic/natural items sold at the Cedar & Sage Mercantile. Fresh flowers in all rooms and common spaces. This was our rendezvous spot as my husband was halfway through a cross-country (DC to Oregon) cycling adventure. It was the perfect respite for his day off! We look forward to staying again when we come back to Fort Collins. Can’t speak highly enough of Edwards House and their wonderful staff!!!

The property is beautiful! Rooms/bathroom impeccable and clean, wonderful breakfast and loved that I could do check-in remotely since I was gone doing wedding duties all day!

The hospitality was excellent, breakfast always a highlight. The location next to old town is extraordinary.

Our room was clean and beautiful. Staff was super friendly. We loved the heated bathroom floor.

My sister and I were extremely impressed by the beauty of the place and especially the staff. My sister is elderly and needed assistance with oxygen equipment, and the women who were there were more than accommodating. The decor and attention to detail was considerate and impressive. We were both more than happy with our choice and highly recommend it. Thank you, Edwards House staff!

Beautiful old home with ambiance and exquisite furnishings and style. Our only complaint was that the a.c. Was not working in our room which was terribly hot. The breakfast was also not something I could eat but I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone. The location is ideal and away from the very crowded city. It is quiet here and there are lovely areas for sitting outside on the grand front porch or in a covered back area. The bathroom amenities were excellent and I especially loved the small gift shop.

An amazing stay at the Edwards House. The Proprietor was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were incredible. Great location to the Old Town shops and restaurants.

Amzing place all the way around from it's location to beautiful rooms. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable but that could be just the way we felt about it. Otherwise It was a most perfect stay. We will definitley be back.
