パディントン駅からすぐ近くという便利な場所にあり、またフロントの対応は親切です。古い建物をリモデルしていますが、エレベーターがあるので、それもまた良かったです。ただしあくまで古い建物ですので、通路の幅は狭く、段差があちこちにあります。客室内の設備は現代的に綺麗ですが、部屋自体は非常に狭く、必要最小限といった印象です。日本のチェーン系ビジネスホテルより少し狭い印象を受けました。しかし特にトラブルもなく、またいつか機会があれば宿泊したいと思いました。

部屋狭い、ロビー狭い、周辺は汚い、値段高い。 シャワーブースがめっちゃ狭い。 値段の割に微妙なホテルです。

立地の良さと部屋の綺麗さで選びました。他のホテルと比べて、新しめの内装でした。エレベーターがある点や荷物預かりができる点も良かったです。 少し埃が溜まっていたりしましたが、基本的には清潔でした

ホテルの受付やお掃除の人が優しくてとてもよかったです。お部屋もきれいです。手狭ではありますが、十分です。パディントン駅に近くて、市街や郊外の観光・仕事へのアクセスも抜群です。

初日からナンバーキーが壊れており、開きませんでした。 ホテルの人に申し出ると、ナンバーを変えてくれましたが開かず、その対応が5泊中3日ほど続きました。 最終的には鍵を貸してくださったのですが、毎回説明せねばならず、疲れて帰ってくる中面倒でストレスでした。 5泊もしたのに結局最後まで改善されませんでした。

玄関や館内は階段や段差が多く スーツケースを部屋に運び入れるのが大変。フロントスタッフも手伝ってくれない。部屋は狭く冷蔵庫は冷えない。シャワーの水圧は弱い

Otelin konumu çok iyi , oda servisi her gün odamızı temizledi, özellikle banyo çok rahat ve temizdi, metroya çok yakın, isterseniz dilediğiniz yere metroyla veya bir çok yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz otelin etrafında çok güzel yeme içme yerleri, alışveriş yerleri var, kısaca Londra'da çok güzel bir zaman geçirdik. Tavsiye ederiz

The AC didn’t work well the 1st night, but staff got it fixed for our 2nd night. We weren’t happy to not have a real door in the restroom especially since there were 3 of us traveling together. The door is frosted glass with 1” gapes on each side & does not lock. The extra bed didn’t fit in the room so it was pushed against the king bed to make a mega bed which was awkward for our teenage son & definitely not what was advertised when we booked the hotel.

The room was described as “lower level”, but they should state these rooms are UNDERGROUND and definitely NOT SOUNDPROOF. I wouldn’t have knowingly booked an underground room. I also requested a window my son could look out from, but the window was right on the staff/basement exit and garbage collection area. I requested a different room once I arrived, but was told they were fully booked. The staff seemed friendly and I was traveling with my 3 year old son, so I decided to stay because I felt it would be too much trouble to find a decent hotel in the area at a reasonable price at such late notice. However, later that evening, I realized the room was not soundproof as advertised. The sound of the underground train is very loud and you can even feel the vibrations in these rooms, it sounds like an earthquake. My son had a very difficult time sleeping, it was scary for him. In addition, the distance to the Natural History Museum, which was the main attraction for him, was farther than what is listed on the hotel’s description.

The room is very compact, the sink sat outside the bathroom which is weird. No bottled water in the room, if you wanted water you had to get this downstairs at reception with a plastic cup.

Modern and great location. Knew I booked a lower level room, didn’t know the trains would shake the room every 10 minutes or so. Probably just an issue at that level - but one to watch.
