チェックイン時に室内に清掃員の飲みかけの炭酸飲料のカップとトランシーバーが放置されていました。 2泊したのですが、両日ともにタオル(バスタオル、フェイスタオル、フロアマット、バスローブ)が一つもなく、受付に電話しても出なかったので直接行ってもらいました。 プールビューと謳っていたが反対側の道路側で見えませんでした。 エレベーターは下から上に行く時には扉があきましたが、上から下に下がるときは開きませんでした。チェックアウト時はスーツケースを持って階段で降りました。

ハリウッドの観光エリアに徒歩5分ほどで行けます。周りに飲食店が多いので便利です。部屋も新しく、清掃も行き届いていました。

Clean, great style and great staff.

Great room. beds are comfortable, and it was very quiet considering the busy hollywood location. The window had lots of greenery from the plants around the pool. We sat around the pool for hours it was so comfortable with nice towels and lounge area. Very nice manager there too!!

The staff was unfriendly. In the room, everything was set up for one person, even though the booking was for two (coffee, towels). No one informed us that it was not possible to pay for hotel services in cash. Additionally, the power outlets in the room did not work, which was very inconvenient, as we could only charge our phones in the bathroom.

Bartender was awesome!

My car was dinged on drivers side door. The staff was help. Horrible service.

Everything was great! The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Staff was very helpful. The hotel itself just has a weird odor and the elevator was not very functional

Wish you guys put up postings about the Christmas parade. We wouldve planned to park back at the hotel well before it. We waited almost 6 hours to get back to the hotel. We were so upset.

This hotel is nicely renovated. Easy to walk to Hollywood walk of fame. We also visited Disney and Universal easily. Good restaurants in the area. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked lovely. Friendly staff. Good underground parking for a rental car. Option of stairs or elevator. The elevator is fairly slow. The rooms were nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, the hotel was nice and met our expectations. The hotel's central location, courteous staff, clean room, and convenient parking made our visit to LA more enjoyable. The interior courtyard pool area was relaxing and provided a nice place to get away from the city. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Also, we could have gone without the fridge being filled with pay goods preferring it had been left empty for our own stuff. Some features of the room were strange. The wall space where a narrow 2' poolside window had been installed could have easily accommodated a full size 4' sliding glass door. Additionally the full size glass on the bathroom door left little privacy.

Property is stylish, fun, and comfortable. I love the self-parking. Easy in and out.
