総合評価とレビュー Sutton Suites Hotel

15:00前にホテルに着き、チェックイン前なので荷物をフロントに預けるのもearlyチェックインと同じ扱いとなるから25ドル請求された。

３階２棟建てだが、エレベータが無いので荷物が大きい・重い場合は大変 宿泊した部屋は３階で、キッチン、オーブン、マイクロウェーブ、冷蔵庫、ダイニングテーブル（椅子２脚）、ソファセットがありかなり広い部屋だった。冷蔵庫はフリーザが分かれた大型のもの。キッチン道具は一通りあり。 アメニティは石鹸とシャンプー。 夜は周辺は静か。隣室の音もしなかった。 朝食はコンチネンタルでトースト、フレーク、マフィン、ヨーグルト、ジュース（オレンジ、アップル）、ミルク、コーヒー、ゆで卵、ワッフル。 ランドリーは2.25USD レンタカーで利用したが、SeaTac空港と頻繁にシャトルサービスあり。 シート、タオル、アメニティの交換はしっかりしていたが、掃除はいまいち（ソファやベッドの下からごみ） セーフティボックスはあったが、ロック解除されておらず使用しなかった。 TVリモコンが無いとフロントに相談するが、クローゼットにあるのではと相手にされず。 オーナの他に何名がバイトが入っているが、バイトの時は対応がいまいち。 Seattleは宿泊代が高いので、Seatacに宿泊したが、結果的には合格点だと思います。

友人と2人1部屋に泊まりました。部屋も広く、無料の朝食も付いて駅からも徒歩圏内で、値段も非常に安くお得でした。

スタッフも親切でフロント周辺は問題ないのですが、別の棟にある部屋へ行くと、廊下はじめじめしていて薄暗く、１人にしては広すぎて古びた部屋は怖くてとても泊まれなかったので、急きょ友人の家に泊まることにしました。どうしてもこの泊まる場合ば、フロントと同じ建物の中にある部屋にしてもらうことをお勧めします。キッチンもあり、複数人での滞在は問題ないかもしれません。

ホテルは価格相当で特に問題なし。ここに限らずＵＳモーテルのエアコンには閉口します。空港レンタカーに近接、Seattle Downdown直行電車（30分くらい）の駅から徒歩10分くらい。Downtownの高いホテルに泊まるより便利かも。

ネットの写真は良く映っていますが、かなり古く、ホテルと言うよりこれはモーテルですね。 エレベーターが無く、3階に荷物を上げるのが大変でした。 その割に値段が高いです。

The pillows were uncomfortable, the television was mounted too high up, the bath and sink plugs wouldn't keep the water from flowing away, the in room safe didn't work,the breakfast items were disappointing.The staff were friendly

My only complaint was that I would have had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up at the airport.

Proximity to the airport; Property needs some upgrades

Not what expected. People partying 2 am to 4 am. Noisy. Breakfast not as said.

Everything was great rooms were outdated but for the price it was great

Friendly staff. Good transportation from airport and to the cruise terminal. A couple of food places within walking distance. Decent breakfast. Nothing to fancy, but well tended to. Would stay here again.

Night staff was excellent. Daytime not so much.

This property is not what it seems. The old Super 8. Booked 3 nights. Left after a couple hours. Expedia helped us get the other two nights refunded. Smoke detector hanging in pieces off wall. Black mold on ceiling. Something on the screen of TV. Stains on covers. Pungent smell. Again, avoid. Not a hotel. Three stories - no elevator. An RV plugged into the building. Avoid at all cost. It cost me 250, but at least was able to cancel the remainder of the stay.

Even though they don't have room service, the young lady at the front desk recognized I had mobility issues and when I was called to ask where vending machine were she offered to get what I wanted & bring it to my room! She also had a young man bring my bags to & from my room.

The stay was good. The airport shuttle service be careful with apparently its only for 1 person per reservation. Stupid since mostbpeople dont travel alone.
