My friend and I stayed at The Demi for three nights. The location was amazing! The entire experience was excellent! The receptionists, Ester and Linda were pleasant, and went above and beyond to accommodate all that we ask. Highly recommend.

Tout était parfait

There is a lot to like about this place. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel has great views across the bay. The breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located with easy walking distance of the centre. Now, the not-so-good: (1) the service was slightly disorganised. As an example, the front desk insisted I hadn't paid for the room and charged me again. I then had to argue about it and have the transaction reversed. It was an honest error by them, but inconvenient and unnecessary. (2) the loud doof-doof dance music from the bar nearby. until early in the morning. What made it particularly annoying is that the noise seemed to be coming from the Demi lounge, which is associated with the hotel. If management is serious about running the hotel, they need to prioritise the guests' comfort over making profit at the bar.
