Very nice and sweet hotel!

Anglophones appear to not be welcome at Le Gaspésiana... My wife and I have stayed at this hotel before, and have overlooked the rudeness of the staff as we enjoyed the location, view, and rooms. Our most recent visit was terrible, however. The view of the water is now obstructed by necessary alterations made by the municipality to prevent erosion. Fair enough - but the room that we were allotted on our most recent stay, was a nightmare. The room has not been renovated for decades, was extremely dirty, and an overall depressing place to spend a night. The most upsetting part of this experience, however, was the rudeness of the staff. We received a call in the evening as we were driving to the hotel (approx 7:30), asking what time we were arriving. The caller initially only spoke to me in french, but eventually conceded and spoke in sufficient english. I informed the caller that we were about half an hour away. She stated there would be no staff on site when we arrived, and that I would be emailed directions on how to access our room pass. Those directions arrived - solely in french. Thankfully, we were able to make sense of the text thanks to Google translate -- but the entire experience was an unpleasant reminder of the underlying linguistic tensions that still exist in Quebec. For such a large and "prestigious" hotel, however, not being able to provide reasonable service in both official Canadian languages, is a huge misstep. Last time we stay at Le Gaspésiana.

Super super clean, very comfortable, front staff very nice. My only caviate is that it is pretty expensive for a 3 star motel.

Parfait pour mes besoins

La dame à l’accueil était très gentille. Elle nous a offert un bon service. À première vue, la chambre était convenable pour le prix. Par contre, le bain et la salle de bain était sale. Beaucoup de poussière et de poils humain sur le rebord du mur. Des poils et des grains noirs partout dans le bain. J’ai vraiment été déçue… je ne reviendrai plus ici.

Belle chambre surtout les rénovés !!

Nous sommes arrivés a 20h55 alors que la réception fermait à 21h. Les portes étaient barrées et plus personne a l’intérieur. On nous a envoyé un code par courriel pour débarrer un casier a l’extérieur qui devait contenir la clé de la chambre, mais le casiers etait vide. Nous avons dû faire un appel et d’abord, on ne me croyait pas que la clé n’était pas là… Finalement, à force de discuter quelqu’un nous a offert de venir nous ouvrir mais nous a informé qu’elle etait a 20 minutes de route… Aucune excuses autre qu’un courriel nous informant que l’hôtel a tout fait pour résoudre le problème… Aucune offre de dédommagement quelconque. 2 enfants à bord qui avait faim et le souper que nous étions arrêtés chercher etait rendu froid…

Très belle endroit avec un superbe restaurant et le personnel est très courtois.

Les lits très confortable, oreiller un peu dur et grosse pour notre cas mais bien .Restaurant tres bien .

Bien situé, la vue est superbe avec un petit patio pour admirer pendant la période estivale. La chambre ok, sans plus, mais c'était propre. Le service est amical. J'étais en voyage d'affaire et je souhaitais travailler, mais le WIFI lâchait au 5-10 minutes. C'est pénible

Bon service a la clientèle. Belle chambre à l'étage. Grande douche pratique.

Joli hôtel, cela fait 4 fois que j'y loge lors de mes déplacements vers la Gaspésie. Chambre grande et confortable. Restauration sur place très appréciée. On m'a permis d'y laisser ma voiture durant 3 jours pendant mon déplacement, ce qui a vraiment été utile pour moi.
