街まで歩けます。部屋も広くて、清潔。 ベッド2台だとスーツケースは広げられません。 バスタブもあります。石鹸の香りがとってもよかったです。 朝ごはんは7時半から10時半の間の好きな時間に行けば食べられます。 ヨーグルトやクロワッサンなどとてもおいしかったです。 紅茶はいろんな種類のティーパックが置いてあり、好きなのを飲めます。 食堂はとてもおしゃれです。 スタッフもみな親切です。 とても快適に過ごせました。

Loved the Art for sale within the Hotel - it was very warm night so the ductless air conditioning was working overtime to keep the room nice and cool - our bathroom had some evidence of a water damage to the moulding from above I assume - not catastrophic but should be repaired before the mould takes over. Breakfast was excellent and the hours work well (8-11) for QC as people get going a little later there than most cities… would recommend the location for those that like to run as Hôtel is located outside of the gates and has good access to the park and the river trails are close by.

La chambre a été bien. Il a fallu avoir plus de communication à notre arrivé. Nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité d'utilise la terrasse.

This was a lovely hotel. Very convenient to all tourist areas including the fine arts museum, the Plains of Abraham and the citadel. Very pleasant and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. The lady who pours coffee and brings out fresh croissants was wonderful. Also a lovely terrace on the roof an nice place to take a coffee in the morning ( in Summer) A very pleasant three day stay.

The staff were so helpful at check in and at breakfast times. The breakfast was fresh and the coffee was nice. Some elements of the property were slightly dated. There was no kettle or coffee in the room but overall the decor was really unique.

Super bel emplacement, à 20 minutes de marche du Vieux-Québec, près des Plaines D'Abraham et du Musée des beaux arts. Personnel très courtois et gentil. Déjeuner buffet extraordinaire!!! Très accueillant pour les chiens. Nous y retournerons certainement encore!

Bon emplacement, personnel gentil, déjeuner chouette. Le seul bémol est l’humidité dans la chambre et la sensation de draps mouillés. Pour cette raison, je donnerais un 7/10.

Staff was great. Check in person went above and beyond showing us where to find nearby parking and accommodating a last minute request. Breakfast was amazing. Closest thing to a European style spread I have experienced in Canada in a while.

There was no parking available and wasn't informed on needing to find our own parking. Other than no parking our stay was wonderful. The lady during breakfast was very friendly.

Although everything about this hotel was great, excellent staff, breakfast was exceptional, but there are few things to be noted. For example, it’s not good for people with disabilities ( bad knees, back problems, etc. ) you have to climb a set of stairs either way to get to the lobby. I requested a ground floor room, gave them the reason why I wanted a ground floor room, but nobody mentioned to me that I had to take the stairs, which was very very difficult for me for our entire stay. other problem was the tub, there are no handle bars or anything to hold onto, tub was very slippery and I almost fell, which would have been a disaster at my age. They really put some anti slip mats in the tub and install at least one bar to help people to get in and out if the tub.

Beautiful hotel and location but beware of the basement room. There is no room to relax. It’s stuffy with very little natural light. The window can’t be more than 25 centimeters tall. The ceiling is just over two meters high and much lower in the bathroom. I had to slouch. They call it “creative” but I don’t think the creativity benefits the clientele. Book if you’re desperate but don’t stay in the basement if you don’t have to. It’s not a place to relax after a long day of seeing the sights. Other than that, I love the street nearby for a local flavor. Touristy hot spots are a hilly 20-minute walk but very enjoyable. The breakfast was nice. Having wine and pizza on the roof terrace was one of the trip highlights!!!

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques pas de plusieurs restaurants. Personnel très souriant et sympathique, petit déjeuner compris frais et d’une bonne qualité. Un endroit à visiter, sans hésiter!
