サンブラス寺院からまだ少し上がった場所にあります。綺麗で快適で良いのですが、タクシーもわからない場所です。

クスコでも静かなサン・ブラス地区にあるできたてのホテルで、設備はすべて新しく、カード式のルームキー、布団もふかふか、たっぷりのお湯が出るシャワー、奥の方の部屋はそこまで寒くないので快適でした。できたばかりのホテルのため、星は２．５、２０％割引をやっていますが、クオリティは最低３つぶして星レベルです。部屋の暖房がつかなかったのですが、すぐに代わりの暖房を持ってきてくれ、快適に過ごしました。 難点は朝食がかなりシンプルなことと、中心部から少し離れているところですが、中心部に行くなら、行きは歩き、帰りは坂がきついの看板のついたタクシーに乗れば、１ドル程度（３〜４ソル）で戻れるので、さほど気になりません。 入口は分かりづらいですが、中はすばらしいホテルでした。おすすめです。

Here’s a balanced review in English: The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. The location was also convenient, and overall we enjoyed several aspects of our stay. However, there were two major issues that significantly affected our experience. First, the breakfast was very disappointing, with limited options and poor quality compared to what we expected. More importantly, the shower was a serious problem. In a cold destination like Cusco, having reliable hot water is essential. The water pressure was extremely weak, and the shower produced only a small stream of water that was barely warm, often feeling almost cold. Our friends stayed in a different room at the same hotel and experienced exactly the same issue, so it did not appear to be an isolated problem. I generally do not like leaving negative hotel reviews, and I understand that no property is perfect. However, the combination of cold water and inconsistent water pressure made showering very uncomfortable and, honestly, quite stressful after long days of sightseeing. If the hotel could improve its breakfast and, especially, fix the hot water and water pressure issues, it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Todo bien. Solamente el primer día no salía agua caliente, ni agua a presión, por lo que era complicado bañarse porque se sentía mucho frío. También se nos hizo un poco preocupante que los tanques de gas están afuera de los cuartos. Se escucha mucho ruido de la calle en las noches

The room was clean and comfortable. They provided a nice breakfast with hot and cold food. My only disappointment is that when I showered the water was ice cold. I did tell the staff and they said they fixed it, but it was warm at best. Otherwise, this hotel had a nice location to restaurants and shops as well as being in a good location for sites up above the San Blas area.

El staff muy amable lac chicas del hotel nos atendieron demasiado bien.

Vi bodde her i flere netter, og det var svært stille – faktisk var vi trolig blant de eneste gjestene et par av nettene. Dette gir ro, men det påvirket også opplevelsen. Noen av de ansatte var hyggelige og imøtekommende, mens andre virket lite engasjerte. Servicen ble derfor litt ujevn. Frokosten fortjener et eget kapittel. På grunn av få gjester var utvalget begrenset, og det føltes ikke helt som den standarden man forventer. Det kunne med fordel vært mer variert og tilpasset, selv om det var lavt belegg. Deberian mejorar la limpieza de los baños, especialmente de la ducha que estaba sucia . El personal fue amable pero al momento de cobrarme el 18% de impuestos por ser peruana no me dieron ningun recibo por los 60 dólares adicionales que pagué. Yo tuve que pedirles el recibo y me dieron uno por servicio no por el concepto de impuestos que habia pagado y me lo dieron a la hora que el taci me fue a recoger para llevarme aeropuerto por lo cual no tuve tiempo de aclararles. El recibo debio ser por pago de impuestos no por servicio.

Very noisy arrivals at night and poor noise barriers to rooms. Good breakfast, clean rooms.

Really lovely decor and great location, and the front desk v helpful. The breakfast and staff (owners) let it down quite badly - breakfast is basically bread and jam plus a little scrambled egg and bacon with cheese and it’s exactly the same every day. The breakfast staff, who are also the owners I think, shout across the room to each other as though you are not there - I got the impression they have got tired of providing a service. Such a shame as the building and location are great

Excelente opción para hospedarse. El hotel es lindo, bien ubicado y limpio pero con espacios muy reducidos. El personal super amable y el desayuno muy bien. Relación calidad - precio muy bien también.

The hotel was at a perfect spot in Cusco , the staff was friendly helped us find a place to have a nice breakfast. Location was perfect. We had a great time.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Mistico San Blas. Laura was a wonderful help and a hard worker. We highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone traveling to Cusco.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Only things to mention are that the bathroom windows of some rooms overlook each other and you can hear people outside.

Amazing placement in the more quiet part of Cusco. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, and there is a nice small restaurant just across with good food :)

Buena ubicacion en San Blas, un barrio colonial lleno de tiendas y restaurantes. Excelente servicio y limpieza. El hotel cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para estar bien. La plaza queda aprox a 500mt, la ida es facil en bajada. El regreso al hotel es en subida pero es agradable.

Friendly, helpful staff. It was safe and quiet and conveniently located.
