2回目の滞在ですが お部屋は綺麗で快適です。

新しい建物でよかったと思うが、掃除が行き届いていなく，少しほこりがあった。 へやに暖房が入っていなかった。しばらくの間寒かった。

広くて清潔で

清潔感がありまた利用したいと思える施設でした。

どこも綺麗で、備え付けのポットなどもブランド品でした。ランドリー無料でとても助かりましたが、２つしかないので繁忙期は混み合うかなと思いました。部屋にPSもあり、衣類乾燥も大満足です。

広さ清潔感満足です。

We stayed two nights and paid 3,000 USD. But it’s not ski-in ski-out. No restaurant, no onsen, no sauna, very tight parking lots. Not mineral water in the room (in fact nothing in the fridge and there is no bar) and when you call the reception they tell you to drink tap water. No room service… ski locker room is also very small and always crowded with other guests trying to get out at the same time. No staff there to help. We wouldn’t go back to this place.

駐車場が分かりにくかったです。 タオルの交換を言わないとしてくれないのが少し不便でした。

日本にいながら外国の施設に泊まっているような感覚で、加えて外国人の利用も多く北海道の観光状況の変化を実感できる。

母と息子と3人で宿泊させてもらいました。 素敵なホテルで、もう一泊したいホテルでした。 外国の方もスタッフに居ましたが、 日本語が通じなくてもニコニコ対応してくれて好印象でした。 唯一、日本のスタッフの方におすすめのレストランをあとでお電話しますとの事でしたが来なかったので、⭐︎4です。自分で探して食べました。 朝ごはんもとても美味しかったです。 また富良野に行く際は利用します。

キレイで広い　値段は少し高い

綺麗でスタイリッシュで快適。 駐車場が少し狭いのが気になるくらい。

The hotel is amazing, and the staff are all very friendly and professional! We had a great time there. Have to thank Amber and Hardy especially, this trip would’ve been so smooth without their help!

The unit itself was gorgeous! Location was perfect. Literally a 2 minute walk to the main base. Nice coffee shop in the lobby offering grab and go as well. The disappointing aspect was the service. It felt like we were in an Airbnb with no service. Often times you’d pass the front desk and it’d be completely empty. Upon checking in we were not told about parking, resort area, direction, amenities etc. it felt very rushed and do it your own kind of service. They didn’t respond to emails I sent prior to the stay sling for dinner recommendations and room inquiry. The only way to connect with the staff is through WhatsApp. Not a fan of the service and feel like it shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel.
