Nice staff and various delicious breakfast. I can have spent cozy time during my stay.

Very very clean rooms and located central to everything you would want to see when visiting Porto! A special shout out to Diogo who was most hospitable and made us feel right at home. All of the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. There is construction happening next to the property but if you are planning to explore Porto during the day hours and not be in your room this will not affect your stay :-)

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele sehr gute Restaurants. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer, das Personal in der Lobby war immer sehr freundlich. Das ganze Hotel ist geschmackvoll gestaltet, alles ist perfekt sauber und es riecht überall toll! Der einzige Kritikpunkt: Das Frühstückszimmer ist sehr klein und eng, aber das ist in so einem schmalen Stadthaus nun mal so.

The location was good. We would stay there again. Close to train stations. I highly recommend it.

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Alles Wichtige ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind überaus höflich und geben sich grösste Mühe den Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Vielen Dank!

Boa estadia, quarto espaçoso mas sem frigobar, café da manhã bom , ala do hotel sem elevador dificulta muito o acesso pois carregar malas fica difícil principalmente para pessoas mais velhas. Localização do hotel excelente

My wife and I spent 4 nights here. Our stay was great. The staff was kind and very helpful, meeting all our needs. They set up reservations for dining experience. Special thanks to our driver for getting us to a very early morning train!!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Ever. Great location, friendly staff, and the room was amazing. Modern and stylish with huge French doors opening into a balcony. Well equipped kitchen including a juicer and complimentary oranges! Highly recommended.

Great location. Room was fantastic, we stayed in the double bedroom pentouse suite. Tons of space, brand new . Great balcony. Comfy family room. Bathroom, showers very clean. Hotel very clean and friendly staff. We kept hearing of hills and people being tired from walking, not the case. We had breakfast off property at CA Downtown, an absolute must and best breakfast Ive had in years. We took an Uber from train station $5.00, so cheap. Some great bakeries, restaurants nearby.

We picked the hotel for our honeymoon. D’Alma is a charming hotel and the suite was fresh, stylish, clean and had everything we needed. Location wise, the hotel is at the heart of some of Porto’s most historic streets and close to restaurants etc. As with many buildings in that part of Porto, major renovation works are happening in the building directly adjoining the hotel. On the first morning of our honeymoon we were woken at 7am to the sound of extremely loud and constant drilling. Since we’d had such an early start to the day, we came back for a rest in the afternoon but loud banging continued until gone 6pm. This pattern repeated for 3 days. I fully appreciate that the hotel can’t help the fact of this work, but I do think they could have handled it better. We knew nothing about the issue in advance and when we politely mentioned it, apparently we were the first people to complain about the noise. Either we were very unlucky with the works in relation to our bedroom or the other guests are extremely deep sleepers. Some kind of sweetener (even just a glass of Port) to apologise for our ruined mornings would have been a bare minimum gesture, in my opinion. Further, there was no personal touch at this hotel. I had made them aware that it was our honeymoon and they didn’t make any congratulations. The significantly cheaper airport hotel we stayed at on our last night gave us a bottle of wine and put petals on our bed. D’alma’s hospitality was a little underwhelming.

Staff are extremely helpful and personable. The location on a quiet street around the corner from lots of attractions is perfect. Parking down the street is a bit pricy so if you drive this is the only drawback. Breakfast also supberb. And the rooms are beautiful and well thought out. It looks like it is a brand new reno, with old world charm.

Beautifully presented room with modern furnishings and very comfortable bed. Extremely clean hotel and located in a very convenient area for restaurants and all the popular places to visit. Would highly recommend this small bespoke hotel and would visit again when visiting Porto.
