Our sofa had a lot of ants. Major wear and tear throughout the whole room. Roaches were everywhere.

Clean Room

We couldn't stay, despite the non-refundable booking. The central AC vents (as opposed to split units) were very dirty with accumulated dust visible. We had images of that AC spreading particles of dust and maybe mould throughout the room. Added to that, the room was very stuffy and had a strong and peculiar scent. We had images of getting ill after staying at that place. The smoke exhaust fan in the kitchen was practically falling off and had slanted to one side and seemed to be propped-up by the kitchen cupboard next to it. It was awful and reeked of poor maintenance. An old and tired place!

Rosemary was very professional and spot on when I needed something.however there were no hand towels or other amenities or soap lotion etc. I think that there should have been coffee refills daily. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Room is spacious and so clean, bed is comfortable. Greenery is nice. Staffs are nice and helpful. Security is on point. I love everything about this place and I’m definitely coming back to this place next time I’m in town.

The room was clean, the facility very well located, and staff helpful and friendly.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed here two nights at the beginning and end of our trip; the first room was nice, but the shower head wouldn't stay on the hook. The second room was okay at first glance, smelled nice, bedding was comfortable, however at the end of our stay we found it had some roaches. Prehaps being on the first floor was the reasoning, but the first room didn't have any and was located on the second floor.
