キッチンに包丁とカトラリーがなかったです。そこまではミスでいいと思うが、ホストに連絡をとろうとしても電話はつながらないし、メールも返事がありませんでした。彼らは三日間、私からの連絡を無視し続けました。 料理するために食材を買い込んでいたので、自分で包丁とカトラリーを買うことになったので、お金を返してほしいくらいです。 あとカーテンが足りずに眩しい、タオルが宿泊分ない、キッチンの下が水漏れしてるなど、いろんな不備がありました。何度も電話しましたがずっと話中で最後まで連絡がつきませんでした。最悪の経験です。二度とここには泊まらないです。

Great location, awesome kitchen, convenient free street parking. The staff replied promptly when we got problem with the WiFi. Just one thing needs to be improved: the sofa bed was too soft and it felt like I was sinking into it.

Apartment was clean, accessible and the management was reachable over the messages. Happy to step in again some other time.

El apartamento está bien, un poco apartado del centro pero se puede ir andando. Había algún detalle por rematar como un agujero en la pared de una caja eléctrica sin cerrar

Staff were communicative throughout our stay and responded to messages promptly, which we appreciated. However, the issues we raised, such as the broken shower rail and missing bedside light, were never resolved. Maintenance was scheduled for the day before we left, but no one showed up. Overall, while communication was good, it was disappointing that the issues were not fixed during our stay.

Warm, clean and good location with supermarket round the corner

整體住宿體驗很好，在煮食時才發現沒有提供廚房紙巾和煮食用油。房間空間很大，有露台與其他單位相連。

Bright and cheery little studio. I appreciated the locked entrance and coded room lock. The kitchenette had everything I needed, the bathroom was large and the bed and linens were comfy. There's a Bonus grocery store right around the corner that was very convenient. Most importantly, as a first timer in Iceland traveling solo I opted to book daily tours instead doing self drive. Almost all of the tours I booked picked up/dropped off right at the corner of the street which was so great for leaving out early mornings and returning well after dark. I would love to return to Iceland and would absolutely book B18 again.

The apartment was great, the major problem was that the outside door code never worked for the whole time i was there. i called a few times and nobody answered. so i felt trapped, otherwise I'd have to wait until someone was in the lobby.

Very well organized, check out was too early imo

Very nice and clean apartment. Towels and linen provided - kitchen equipped with hot plate, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Very quiet on our floor - and very little noise from the street. We appreciated easy access to the laundry room. Limited parking in front of the building, so often need to park in the nearby streets.

We had a delightful stay here, and the host was very responsive & answered whatever questions I had. The apartment itself was very cozy and it had all the necessary amenities. We look forward to staying here again during our future visits to Iceland 😊.

Lovely little apartment walking distance to what we wanted to see. Also loved that there was a laundry room we could access.

Decent apartment, walking distance to the usual pick up locations for day trips, but a bit farther from the city centre. Basic amenities available, clean enough apartment, bed is okay for an Asian couple but might be small if you are more heavy set. Kitchen amenities need a refresh as the pot is quite heavily scratched.

Un lugar muy cómodo, silencioso y cercano a todo

Bon emplacement pour visiter la ville, parking gratuit dans la rue. Il manque un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine, pas de micro ondes, juste une poêle en mauvais état…le matelas du canapé n’est pas confortable. Il faudrait préciser dans les instructions d’arrivée que la boîte à clés ne sert plus (pas de clé pour la laverie) et que la poignet est digitale (on cherche pour entrer le code). Très propre, je recommande tout de même.
