The properties parking underground was very limited. Not enough disabled spots (only 2). The temp parking for when you check in is very hard to get to, especially with the construction and crossing over 3 lanes of traffic on a busy street. Loved how secure the building was where random people without room keys cannot get into underground parking!

Honestly the pillows were so comfortable and cooling Icould have slept for ages!

Lovely room. Free breakfast was a bonus. Very basic but the coffee was good. We would definitely return to this hotel if we found ourselves in Hamilton again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean! Didn’t use the pool because it was full but it was definitely there. Didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast cause we left early but it smelled great. Would stay again. My only complaint is the lack of teen titans go that played on the TV, otherwise 5 stars ⭐️

Again clean room, not surprised as I read the reviews stating cleanliness before booking. Have found these reviews helpful when looking for a clean place. Friendly staff and a great restaurant a couple blocks away with many vegan options. Good breakfast too with nice gluten free options.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Hamilton was very nice. All staff were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast lounge and great walking distance to the TD coliseum.

Everything was good we were there for a wedding and they accommodated us close to each other’s room.

Beautiful, clean and friendly. The pool was a great temperature. The rooms were modern and spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

Check-in was straightforward and amenities offered was quite nice including the gym and pool with towels. The room itself was well maintained and lots of charging ports for electronics. He was a nice touch to have free eliminated coffee in the lobby. The breakfast in the morning was also quite nice although I would’ve preferred bacon over sausage but that is a minor detail. One suggestion would be to allow people to keep their cars parked until 2 or 3 PM the day of checkout so they aren’t rushed if they want to do some exploring locally before heading out. I understand that you need to make room for people checking in but check-in is at 3 PM, I don’t think they would be taking up room in the parking lot.

The hot buffet breakfast included was great, really adds value
