Very convenient place and kind staff

Localizacao, cafe da manha e quartos muito bons. Chuveiro deixa a desejar. Pouca agua e nao esquenta o suficiente. Reclamamos varias vezes, a recepcao acionava a manutrncao mas é um problema estrutural do hotel.

For the price it was a good option especially when you spend most of your time out on adventures. The hotel is very clean staff was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is included, but I do wish they had a bit more protein available. Depending on the time you head down they can run out of things and not add anymore even though there’s still an hour of breakfast time left. Two things that I really had trouble with. One is out of their reach- the guests at the bar down the street can party through the night. Although it’s not vivid and loud you can still hear people & music through most of night. One change I would recommend is adding some blackout curtains to the ceiling windows. It was very bright by 5am so it was difficult to keep kids asleep past that 🙈

O Hotel está super bem localizado, as instalações são ótimas, os funcionários são super atenciosos e simpáticos, ótimo custo benefício, ótima opção em Cusco. Volto com certeza

Quarto bem limpo, banheiro tambem, chuveiro muito bom a gas e quentinho, cafe da manha bem servido. Atendes bem atenciosos, tive uma ótima experiência. Consegui negociar um check out estendido, tive que pagar um pouco a mais, mas valeu a pena

The room has a sun window which gets really bright at night. The safe box is broken and we told the staff but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The room also has a small window which connects to the bathroom of next door, it shines the light to our room and all noises transferred. Lastly, the hot water for the shower isn’t stable, there was one night which I showered in a bit cold water.

Buen lugar, limpio y cómodo

Todo fue excelente, la habitación amplia y cómoda, incluso tenía una pequeña terraza para salir a leer o tomar una bebida Desayuno variado, sabroso y puntual. En recepción nos ayudaron con cualquier duda, si teníamos que salir de madrugada y aún no había desayuno, nos preparaban box lunch para el camino! El hotel es bonito y está en una zona excelente, a solo un par de calles de la plaza de armas, una gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas, bares y demás, caminando.
