ホテル入口がわかりにくいが、スタッフは皆ﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞﾘｰで気持ちが良い。朝食やｺｰﾋｰ、ﾐﾈﾗﾙｳｵｰﾀｰ等いつでも自由にもらえる。ﾓｰﾆﾝｸﾞｺｰﾙをお願いしたが、部屋に電話設置なくとりあえず持参した目覚まし時計をセットしておいたが、朝、スタッフが依頼時間に部屋のドアをノック起こしてくれた。ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀｰは無いがそれ以上にｱｯﾄﾎｰﾑ的で好きになるホテル。

Excelente experiencia en el hotel. Esta vez rentamos autos y pudimos conocer más lugares en Mérida. A la vuelta del hotel hay un estacionamiento donde pueden guardar tu auto. La zona es súper segura. El personal del hotel es muy amable, el hotel es muy seguro y tranquilo. volveremos

El lugar supero mis espectativas. Muy lindo, muy limpio, la pisina grande, y no tan profunda. No tiene calefaccion la pisina, pero con el calor de Merida, pues refresca. La atencion de los muchachos, es muy buena, muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno un 11 de 10, variado, y delicioso. El cuarto muy comodo, y limpio, siempre encontraras botellas de agua gratis. La ubicacion es lo mejor, cerca del centro, y cerca de Paseo Montejo. Volvere mil veces. Recomendado.

El hotel está increíble, la alberca súper grande y bonita con camastros de lujo. La habitación hermosa y súper espaciosa, tina cama regadera y hasta dos teles. El desayuno estaba delicioso y muy variado es básicamente a la carta. El personal termina de hacer la experiencia 10/10

This is the nicest place in Merida I have stayed during my 3+ trips! The owners/staff are welcoming and hospitable and go out of their way to make you feel at home, there is a full free breakfast in the mornings, and the aesthetic of the rooms is gorgeous! Additionally, Acqua is centrally located near Centro, and across from Parque Santa Lucia and Mercado 60 on Calle 60. The Paseo 60 ADO bus station is less than 5 mins away via car…super convenient! The only negative is that with the location across from Mercado 60, we heard the bass from dance music until midnight on Friday. Otherwise, this is an amazing property with a gorgeous pool!

All the staff are amazing. They were very helpful with information, luggage, and service. The location was perfect for walking around downtown. Gated parking is included a short walk away if you can't find street parking. Merida was safe, everyone's friendly. Lastly, I highly recommend eating breakfast here before heading out to your day. We had fried eggs, banana pancakes, fruit bowl, and latte everyday. Huge thanks to the staff for making our trip memorable.

The hotel was perfect! The staff was so nice and responsive! We didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast (other than a banana and some cereal) because we needed to takeoff early that morning, but our one night was great! The room was super clean, and well equipped! The only reason I did not put 5 stars, was simply because two families of really LOUD French Canadians were on our hallway, and the kids were screaming and loud and running around for hours. (Unsupervised, and not well-behaved or controlled by the adults.) this is absolutely not the fault of The Hotel, just wasn’t perfect. (the kids were yelling and running and banging on doors while we were trying to take a quick nap between our Cantina tour and fancy dinner at Huniik) I would still highly recommend!!!

The staff is excellent very friendly, Kevin the cook, Adriana, Daniela and Gino the manager, they are very attentive they make us feel like family and the rest of employees, I greatly recommend it. Roger and wife

Great breakfast; friendly staff, clean rooms; wonderful location walkable to all major things

Hotel is in a perfect location on Calle 60. It is located less than 2 blocks from Parc Santa Lucia, & 5 block from Grande Plaza. Room immaculate, with a lovely patio overlooking the pool. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a Hotel. Fresh cooked to order, with warm fresh from the oven croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt. All staff members were EXCEPTIONAL. With a special thanks to Isabella, & Anna. Gino the owner was visible much of the time & wonderful to help in any way possible. I had booked 2 nights, but our stay was so pleasant Ibooked a 3rd night.

El hotel esta 10 de 10, trato muy amable, limpieza, ubicacion, sus dueños y personal siempre preocupados por brindarte un excelente servicio, la cama es muy cómoda, habitacion genial, cómoda, grande, espaciosa y con todo lo necesario para que disfrutes tus vacaciones en Mérida, siempre te regalan agua embotellada fría, cafe o té y si lo necesitas te prestan toallas de playa e incluso sombrilla para cubrirte del sol... en fin muchisimas amenidades y confort sin duda un lugar al que regresaría y recomendaria para hospedarse

Amazing boutique hotel. Superb staff and attention to detail. We loved our stay and booked two additional nights because we loved the staff and the room so much. Great bath, nice details, great shower and bed. Cool art. Can't say enough. Five stars

Location, staff, service, food, amenities!!!! All went above and beyond. Was hard to leave this lovely place. The best spot in town and filled with so much love!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff, close to great restaurants and entertainment.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. The room was spacious and the air conditioner worked well to keep us cool in the humid environment. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the Aqua in Bocca.
