アルマス広場のすぐ裏という最高のロケーション。 そしてスタッフの方達の連携が素晴らしく、お願いしたことがきちんと他のスタッフに伝わっていました。さらに気を利かせて、荷物を部屋に運び込んでおいてくれました。 お部屋は清潔で広く、とても素敵でした。 WIFIも問題なくつながりました。 朝食も美味しかったです。 1つだけ残念なところを挙げるとしたら、今回はゆっくり滞在だったのですが、部屋が暗く日中でも電気をつけていないといけなかったことです。 でもそれ以外は満点です。また泊まりたいです。

Great location, central to the historic area and market

The hotel is well-located in front of the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. There are plenty of restaurants and interesting things to see within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff were really helpful. The bathroom was clean, but taking a shower was messy. There was no shower curtain, so a lot of water spilled onto the floor. Also, a lot of humidity built up as the bathroom fan was not powerful enough. Additionally, be aware of the noise coming from the Starbucks.

Localizacao excelente! Funcionarios atenciosos. Limpeza perfeita. Unico ponto que podiam melhorar é o box do banheiro. A agua cai muito pra fora.da area de.banho.

Great hotel and perfect location. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location and massive beds. We stayed in 2 different rooms before and after our trek. Both were formed with the old wall, the first had a dehumidifier, the second didnt. Both rooms felt a bit damp. The window in the bathroom opened out onto the street. Breakfast was tasty and theyvwill do you a breakfast to go if you have an early start. Looked after our bags FOC between stays.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Breakfast was very good with some continental type items and some made to order items. The staff was very helpful especially when my daughter was struggling with altitude sickness and needed oxygen. They also helped us locate a doctor to checked out.

The staff was very friendly, and the chollate covered strawberries were a nice touch for Valentine's Day.

Accueil agréable par la dame. Avions réservé chambre supérieure qui est au 2 eme sans précision sur le site et sans ascenseur ! Le plancher craque, un petit radiateur qui ne chauffe pas cette grande pièce, pas de double vitrage alors qu’un starbuck est en construction derrière la cloison contiguë à notre chambre et que même le dimanche les ouvriers travaillent ! Nous avons dû annuler notre 2 eme réservation et partir au cours de la 1ere et changer d’hôtel! Petit déjeuner très décevant presque rien et même pas de jus de fruits frais. Vraiment déçus par cet hôtel et attention avec l’ouverture de ce bar café ça va être encore plus bruyant ! Heureusement ils ont quand même accepter de nous rembourser la dernière nuit. Dommage car cet hôtel est bien placé.

O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo a praça de armas. O quarto muito limpo e agradável. A equipe foi bem receptiva e auxiliou em tudo em que foi preciso.

Lovely spacious family room. Complimentary breakfast options excellent with lovely serving staff member. Reception not as friendly but are professional and they checked to see if room available for early check in was much appreciated especially after completing Inca Trail hiking camping tour. Note that payment of accommodation, and organisation of taxi or transportation to airport all charged on US dollars. Available community seating lounge space was a bonus with option to sit outside room with facility to boil water for tea.
