アルマス広場のすぐ裏という最高のロケーション。 そしてスタッフの方達の連携が素晴らしく、お願いしたことがきちんと他のスタッフに伝わっていました。さらに気を利かせて、荷物を部屋に運び込んでおいてくれました。 お部屋は清潔で広く、とても素敵でした。 WIFIも問題なくつながりました。 朝食も美味しかったです。 1つだけ残念なところを挙げるとしたら、今回はゆっくり滞在だったのですが、部屋が暗く日中でも電気をつけていないといけなかったことです。 でもそれ以外は満点です。また泊まりたいです。

Perfect location (next to Plaza de Armas), the ALL 1st floor rooms have INCA WALL and for me, is a 2min walk to a church plus the young fellas has a STARBUCKS right there + DELICIOUS/ORGANIC breakfast😋

Ótima hospedagem, muito bem localizada e atendimento bom. Único ponto foi que em alguns dias que acabava a água quente e tive que tomar banho gelado no inverno

Basic no frills hotel steps off the main plaza. A little noisy early in the night but quieted down later. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was conveniently close to the main square. The room was very big with comfortable and clean beds. The bathroom was very spacious as well, but the bathtub seemed old due to its yellow tint on the floor and the shower missing a glass door in the back to prevent water from splashing. Other than this, the room and hotel service were great.

Foi muito satisfatório nossa hospedagem. Achei muito comodo o sistema de guardar nossas malas enquanto fomos até Machu Piccu, mesmo antes do chekin. Quando retornamos de Machu Piccu, nossas malas já estavam em nosso quarto, mesmo antes do chek-in. Muito agradável. Indico esse hotel.

They didn't have the room I paid and requested, they offered another with many beds in ,small bathroom and not well put together

Bom custo benefício com ótima localização próximo à Plaza de Armas! Cama confortável, quarto amplo porém com acomodações desgastadas que requerem manutenção… acho que as toalhas também poderiam estar melhores.. até toalhas puídas nos foi dada. Equipe maravilhosa e prestativa e café da manhã que atende bem!

LOCATION LOCATION, right at Plaza de Armas Cuzco, next to Starbucks. Perfect to relax the first day, went walking around the plaza the second day, great restaurants, stores, bars, coffee shops next by. Breakfast included, very nice ladies took our breakfast order every morning, excellent coffee!!

Achei muito bem localizada, limpa, equipe nota 1000! Gostei tanto que ao retornar em Cusco após dois dias em Machu Pichu , retornei ao mesmo hotel.

Excelente ubicación, desayuno bien y personal atento. Solo la regadera no funcionó, y las toallas están muy usadas. No hay timbre y en la noche se tardaron mucho para abrirme la puerta.

Great location, central to the historic area and market

The hotel is well-located in front of the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. There are plenty of restaurants and interesting things to see within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff were really helpful. The bathroom was clean, but taking a shower was messy. There was no shower curtain, so a lot of water spilled onto the floor. Also, a lot of humidity built up as the bathroom fan was not powerful enough. Additionally, be aware of the noise coming from the Starbucks.
