No hot water Security allowed kids to horseplay with the elevators all day long.

There was a prostitute in the hotel room next to me. Men coming to the room every 20 minutes. As a business woman travelling alone it was very unsettling. I did call to complain, they tried to resolve the situation but after the issue continued I requested to move rooms at 11pm. I was appreciative of them being able to accommodate me in a different room.

Clean and an easy place to stay a. Staff were very helpful. But did not expect to have a parking fee on my bill at the end.

This hotel was great for our hockey team. They’re super accommodating to both kids and adults during all the chaotic events.

Staff in nights yelled and cursed at us, only 1 elevator was working, ice machine was broken, and overall hotel felt dirty. Stayed here last year and it was fine, serious downgrade in quality

This hotel was amazing, clean, modern and great stuff. if you’re looking for a great hotel for a hockey tournament weekend, this is the hotel to go to.
