I stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 days during my stay in Lapaz. However, due to some unfortunate circumstances, it turned out to be the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I rode the hotel elevator early in the morning on the second day to join a tour of Tiahuanaco ruins, but the elevator has broken. I was trapped there with two other guests for over 30 minutes, and we couldn't make it in time for that meeting. The accident itself was unavoidable, but the hotel did not offer any apology for the incident. After 3 nights, I checked out and spent a day in Uyuni. I returned to this hotel as I had originally booked, but it was tereibble. the safety box was broken and hot water hoes not come out, the hair dryer was broken..... It was especially cold in the mornings and evenings. My condition, which was already feeling a bit like I was coming down with a cold, got worse. Some of the staff were friendly, but you should be especially careful with the facilities.

The most flexible hotel I have stayed at! When we had a delayed bus and needed to change our booking at short notice, the hotel obliged and gave us a room immediately without making us pay for the room we no longer needed on a different date. I am very happy at how flexible and obliging they were. We stayed in a suite and it was a huge room with everything that you needed. The gas heater kept it very warm too.

The room and service was fantastic. We could not have asked for more from the room which was very comfortable, modern and warm equipped with a gas heater and lots of blankets. This felt very upmarket for La Paz but at a very good price. The communication before and during my stay was brilliant too. The only slight negative would be the breakfast but there was still enough food and drink to keep us going for the day. But the usual Bolivian dry bread! And they gave us a take away breakfast when we left early on trips too.

O atendimento é excelente, quartos muito bons. O hotel tem boa estrutura, localização ótima, perto de pontos turísticos e grande facilidade de transporte. Recomendo.

Pesimo servicio

Paper thin walls. We did not sleep. The restaurant was either closed or reserved for groups. We have not been able to eat there or just chill on the rooftop. Breakfast was very poor.. and we asked for an ealy check-in at 5 AM. They confirmed is was ok but when we got there they said there was no room ready before 8:30 AM. They made us pay the same price but we had to sleep in the lobby.

It is the most noisy hotel I ‘ve been. They had parties all night till 1am. And start to do clean and move furniture at 6am. But the worst was that I was poisoned with a decomposed Hamburger in the restaurante and lost three days of my holidays with fever and diarrhea. I told the people of reception and just say: oh sorry!

Pros: - Muy bien ubicado, muchos restaurantes y actividad en el lugar - Excelentes vistas desde el restaurante arriba - El personal del restaurante y de recepción son absolutamente 100/10 - La señora que va a las habitación 100/10 - 1hr de oxígeno gratis si tienes mal de altura Con: - El Internet es relativamente lento - La habitación estándar no tenía neverita, ni cómo indicar que no quieres que pasen a limpiar (si vas a estar fuera). - Las puertas son medio confusas para abrirlas/cerrarlas, se toma un poquito aprender cómo es - Está cerca de la avenida y de noche puede que haya ruido
