We had a nice stay. The soaps in the shower were watery and the toilet paper was single ply. It was clean and did the job for our one night stay.

I had a clear sight of the beach area my stay here was beautiful. The plains do cause a bit of noise during the day but at night, time you cannot hear it.

Die Bilder geben den Zustand vor vielen Jahre wieder, mittlerweile ist alles sehr in die Jahren gekommen. Das Bett war ganz schön wackelig. Aber wir wurden herzlich empfangen und durften sogar eine Stunde später auschecken als 11 Uhr. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden, ebenso gab es ein paar Getränke und Kaffee/Tee.

Great place clean big rooms, nice restaurant right on the beach, my only complaint is the room doesn’t have sound proof, is hard to sleep when you hear the planes landing.

Beach view was completely spectacular. And right next door to an amazing restaurant and Beach bar. Though a boutique hotel it had all the services and amenities that anyone could expect as it relates to customer service and attention to detail. We will definitely be back. And go Nico!

I loved everything about my stay. I solo traveled & I felt sooooo safe & comfortable. Nicco was great with making sure I was comfortable. 100000/10 will come back for every trip to SXM ❤️

Um hotel, quase uma casa na praia, pé-na-areia, quartos amplos e confortáveis com vista deslumbrante do mar. Um bom bar/restaurante ao lado, praia excelente, distância à pé de Maho onde se observa os aviões decolando e aterrissando, também próximo a restaurantes e supermercado. Atendimento cordial da equipe, sem frescuras. Tudo simples e de bom gosto.

Place is spotless, well situated. Staff is friendly. Beach access with chairs and 10$ for umbrella.

Nico was very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is right on the Beach which was amazing. The room was very clean with the necessary amenities. Would happily come back again.

Very nice place to stay. Nico , the manager was very attentive to all our needs. The location is close to lots of restaraunts, and famouse maho beach where planes fly over. The beach in front of cocovaa is very nice with beach chairs and drink service from d's. The runway being close is very entertaining, didnt bother us with the noise. Airport is shut down all night. I would stay there again

Cocovaa was the perfect place for us to stay! We loved spending our mornings out on the patio with a fresh croissant, coffee, and orange juice, that they provided for us. We were visited by an iguana a few times which was pretty awesome! The host Nico was very friendly, and kept checking in to make sure we were happy. The private beach was beautiful and being able to see the planes take off was pretty cool too. We honestly can’t wait to stay at Cocovaa again!

Very lovely hotel, need more improvement. Hard to get a taxi late at night. Perfect for a couple that just want a vacation to get to know each other. I wish there was a microwave in the room to warm up left overs. This beach boutique is directly on the beach and a fantastic restaurant right outside of the hotel. The staff need to get a little better and this will be my perfect spot on the whole island. Most important to enjoy other area please rent a car. It is a little difficult to move around.

This was a great spot and Nico is an amazing host. It was completely relaxing and more home than hotel. Your own little beachfront house🙂🏝️
