温泉が掛け流しでとても素晴らしい湯質でした。お部屋も広く、食事も美味しい。 毎年レギュラーです。

チェックインするとラウンジでドリンク、デザートを楽しめます。アルコールも豊富で満足しました。好みの浴衣が選べます。 お食事はメニューがとても多く美味しいです。 キッズメニューや離乳食もあり小さいお子さま連れには嬉しいです。 温泉も素晴らしくリピートしたいお宿でした。

ハナモモを見に行ったが、まだつぼみでした。妻籠宿には魅力のある店はなかった。良かったのはTAOＹA木曽だけて特にヌルっとした温泉♨️がとても良かったです。

12月5日の15時半過ぎに女性用の大浴場のお掃除をして下さっていたボブカットのすらっとした女性の方がとても丁寧で気のつく素敵な方でした。 とても気持ちよくお風呂や洗面コーナーを利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました。

バイキングでしたがすごく魅力的なお料理が多くて、美味しかったです！

のんびり過ごせて良かったです。 温泉がとろっとした感じで、肌がスベスベになりました。 ただ、多くの方が使うので仕方ないのかもしれないですが、脱衣所の洗面所に髪の毛がたくさん落ちていて気になりました。 食事はブュッフェでお酒の種類も豊富でした。 もう少し時間が欲しかったです。

チェックイン時に、研修中の方が対応してくれたのですが、明らかに1人で出来ていないのに先輩スタッフがずっと後ろから見ているだけでした。力不足の際は先輩がフォローして手続きを円滑に進めることを優先してもらいたかったです。

とても良い所でした

ホテルの建屋が本館と別館に別れているため、レストランやお風呂の利用時の移動が、スムーズに行なえるように、高齢者や移動に制約のある人は、予約時にホテルに部屋のリクエストをした方が良いと思います。食事についてはビュッフェスタイルで、品数も豊富にあり、朝夕の食事を満喫できましたが、朝食時にはスタッフさんが少ないために、食事の案内がスムーズに行われておらず、無駄に行列ができるなど、ストレスを感じました。大浴場は、脱衣所と浴室の仕切りが無く、開放感が感じられました。露天風呂は、お湯の温度も低めで湯上がり後は、肌がツルツルしていました。天候が悪く、旅の目的である星空を楽しむことが出来ませんでしたので、またリベンジしたいと思います。

Half board recommended, excellent dinner.

It was a mix of Japanese and American style hotel. My room was spacious but had a tatami bed. The hotel itself felt more like an American hotel except, of course, for the soaking pools. The reason why is that the breakfasts and dinners were all buffet which is a bit different from kaseiki. Other than that, the all you can drink sake, wine and beer anytime was great. They even had a self serve soft serve ice cream machine!

This was a great place to stay for our trip to the Nakasendo. Thank you.

Excellent dinner, grate honsen, would definitely stay again

Nice room and especially loved the onsen. Wide selection of buffet food for breakfast and dinner. Accessible by taxi (around $12 from Tsmago) or bus if you can work around the limited schedule. We only wished they had walking paths around the property.

Great stay when you're planning to hike between Tsumago and Magome. Also just a great place to stay in general if you want to relax. We enjoyed a traditional japanese room. It's most suitable if you're a back sleeper. If you're a side sleeper, the mat might be

We stayed here due to limited hotel options and were not looking for a spa experience, so can't comment on that. The buffet food was OK and the rooms were clean. Fun with ping pong tables and massage chairs.

An unexpectedly good hotel. Clean. Lovely onsen - at night was special. The food was incredible. So much choice. Massage chairs and table tennis a bonus.

The Taoya Hotel is exceptional. After hiking the Nakasendo trail, we enjoyed a spectacular Japanese and Western buffet. There was sake, beer, and wine included. After dinner we soaked in the onsen and relaxed our tired muscles. The onsen had a cherry blossom tree in full bloom for us to view. You should definitely go there.
