シャワー室の排水が、悪く、水が溜まりやすい。

部屋も施設全体も清潔に保たれており、ホテルのスタッフも礼儀正しく時間にもきちんとしている上、フレンドリーである。夜間着だったので心配だったが国際空港からホテルの送迎も手配通りきちんとされていた。お湯に出るまでに非常に時間がかかること、Wi-Fiが不安定なこと、付近に食事ができるところがないこと、が改善点として挙げられるが、満足度は非常に高く、また宿泊したいた思えるホテルである。

We chose the right place to stay in Victoria Falls. It is a relaxed atmosphere with the greatest care team that feels like family. The room and bed were perfect with a walk in rain shower that measures 7x9 feet and 10” shower head. Sweet garden setting with small pool and viewing tower to look over the terrain and see the mist from the falls. Included is a huge delicious breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast each morning was excellent and a great way to start the day. Our room was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring Victoria Falls. The location was perfect, centrally located and within easy walking distance to town, restaurants, and shops. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. The rooms were very clean, comfortably air-conditioned, and truly felt like a home away from home. The water was consistently hot, and thoughtful touches like the vanity and shaving kits made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always readily available whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Staff were great. Nice daily English breakfast. A bit of a walk to the shops but doable. I didn't feel unsafe but we opted not to walk when dark. Great value for our money as we were out most of the day. The hotel is in good condition but there are no additional facilities apart from the small pool and viewing deck.

Our stay was fairly good, but the issue we dealt with in one of the rooms we had was there was not enough hot water or any hot water at times. The staff would fix this, but then we’d have to wait 20 minutes for it to get hot, again. Otherwise, the staff was very nice, the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Casa de hóspedes ben acondicionada e con detalles que fan agradábel a estadía. A piscina estabana a limpar e non estaba en uso. Está lonxe do centro e para restaurantes, ocio, copas, etc. hai que coller taxi sempre, para ir e para voltar.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. Rooms are up to standard. Unfortunately the wifi only worked for the first day of our stay. The property is in an area where a lot of construction is going on and there are no clear access to the town.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very pleasant. It is a small property - about 8 or 10 rooms in all and very good value for money. If all you want is a spacious room, with a large and comfortable bed then look no further. They serve a nice fixed breakfast but if you want a fully stocked bar with beer and spirits you will be out of luck. That for my wife and I was is a very minor issue as we were eating out every night.

Foi uma ótima estadia. Quarto espaçoso, com uma cama bem grande, chuveiro ótimo. Fora da cidade, mas pude ir a pé para as Cataratas. O Freedom foi super atencioso e nos recebeu muito bem.

Both me and my sister loved our stay here...it wasnt right in the city hub...so it was quite...the room was great...clean...breakfast in the morning was great..and the guys were great...would definantly stay again

We had a peaceful stay away from the centre's busyness. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. While not very close to the falls, the distance is walkable and the area around the property felt safe & was actually more pleasant than closer to the falls. Finally, the breakfast was great, I expected something much simpler based on our other stays during the trip.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here in February and would return if we found ourselves in Vic Falls again. Staff were friendly and helpful, whilst the property was clean and tidy. The pool was a nice area to relax, whilst the room was great. The king size bed was huge and comfortable, whilst the aircon worked well and the room was nice and quiet. There was a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, all within the room, in addition to an iron. Rooms were decorated in a modern manner, whilst the bathroom had a powerful shower. Breakfast was also good. We enjoyed our stay, but we did feel that it would be helpful to have a "information guide" in the room or at reception, listing taxi whatsapp numbers. On our first night, we asked the guard, and he didn't know how to call us a taxi, meaning he had to call the owner to assist and we had a delay in going to dinner. This felt something basic that could've been provided. In addition, we struggled with drinking water. 2 small bottles were placed in the room everyday, but one evening, we ran out and was dehydrated. When asking the guard, they managed to find us a small bottle, but it seemed a bit odd that they sell wine/beer at reception, but do not have water available to buy should you need more. Two easy fixes, which would've made our stay even more enjoyable and smooth, but we still would recommend.

This hotel is excellent except the location & approach was not safe to walk. After speaking to the owner, ride to a restaurant in the evening was offered. Cooked breakfast to specifications & service was good.

The staff is so kind and friendly. It is a small lodge but it is in a quiet place. It is clean and the amenity is good. The breakfast was excellent.

Liam was quiet, away from the crowds. Which some may find inconvenient. The breakfast was large, varietal and very well made. The staff was helpful, but never intrusive.
