This place is decent for the price, the rooms are a good size bit dated. The WiFi is good included a basic breakfast. Location is ok around 15/20 mins walk to the main area. The reason for the average score is you can here the street noise especially early morning with all the horning.

I had stay for 7 days if you try to have someone over there it problem the shower head was broken an old the AC works sometime they where someday i had to used the fan

My room was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Room was decently clean. Wifi did not work very well. Breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Neighborhood not the greatest but the restaurant a block east is fantastic but closes at 3:30pm.

Friendly staff

Undoubtedly, the service is excellent and extremely attentive. However, it's located far from the city with very poor public transport and few things to do nearby. At night, it's very dark and dirty.

Stayed here before and the quality never disappoints

Llevo mas de 300 ciudades visitadas, 40 países, incontables hoteles en los 5 continentes.. Y es la peor experiencia que he tenidoNo tanto por el hotel como tal ( que es regular pero pasable) Sino por la atención de la gerente... No quiere trabajar ahí es la única explicación para semejante actitud No colovo menos porque el personal latino fue muy servicial. El desayuno era pasable. Pero jamás volvería ni porque me pagaran... Aparte está en una zona en la que no se puede salir de noche, sin tiendas ni nada cerca. Horrible experiencia...

The Hotel was as normal standard nothing too exciting

Room is comfortable and breakfast ok. Attention at the Reception is very, very bad. No "Good morning, good afternoon, thanks, please"... At the other hand, the cuban lady that works with breakfast is very attentive and kind as the safe guard concerned with your safety.

Breakfast was cooked while I waited. My room was clean with AC and Fan.

It was the most disgusting place i ever went in to,expedia should be ashamed to put this so call hotel on there site.a/c doesn't work,door lock have a big space you could see through the bedroom. Shower disgusting the whole place is disgusting. Expedia should give me my money back .worst hotel ever

Hotellet ligger centralt och är billigt. Standarden kunde vara bättre, men väl värt att bo på om man är i Georgetown. Bra kontinental frukost.

This was the WORSE "hotel" I have ever stayed ... the water was rusty, after I had a shower I smelled of rust. There was no water connection to the toilet, I had to fill a pail to flush, and there was visible rat droppings in the room. The attendant did not provide me with the code for the door, if left and wanted to re-enter, I had to get the attendant to open the door.

The property and the owners need an upgrade.

RAVEN was a very big help no complaints….on behalf of the room condition (need to replace that shower head…..barely any water comes out and the faucet itself is dirty…..the (white bed sheets still had lip stick n make up stains from prior customers…..Pillow Cases were Dirty… who ever that supervisor is should worry about fixing up more then emphasizing that a visiting guess must leave premises by 10pm overall 5.9 outta 10 for me and that’s pretty fair

The best feature about this place is that it's very secured. Considering the resonable price, I think that it's worth the price paid. The breakfast served is great & preparer terrific.
