Had a wonderful 3-week stay at Artisse Place with my daughter. The location is ideal—right next to the Q-Plex and surrounded by great restaurants. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and access to Fusion Gym was a great bonus. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Artisse is truly 10 stars! The staff are beyond amazing, they’ve made our stay in Shenzhen for almost a month the most comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during our stay. We will definitely return!

I traveled all the way from New York and stayed at this hotel with my family for almost a month, and it has been worth every penny! The hotel is new, clean, and perfect for families. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making our extended stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Hookie, Sharen, and Lin for going above and beyond with their service. For the same price as a regular hotel room, we got a spacious one-bedroom apartment, which was ideal for our family. There are also plenty of food options right outside the hotel, adding to the convenience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen.
