Good location. Staff are genuinely nice. Room is clean and spacious.

Very convenient property with a delightful breakfast in the morning. Not much for a pool if you want to relax and also had a very small courtyard. It's a very small room so if you're with the partner it's not very convenient. As a solo traveller it was everything you needed. They even had me picked up at the canal on the Santa Cruz side and I got to be chummy with the driver so he picked me up after I called him on a few other occasions

You need to prepare to not have hot water and the wifi is very slow if you stay in the second floor.
