Very relaxing. Quiet. It felt like we were the only ones there. The property is very clean. The restaurant was amazing. Make sure you try it. Customer service was outstanding.

Hotel Resort que lo tiene todo. Excelente servicio,Spa, Gimnasio, Padel, Alberca, Jacuzzi, trayecto para correr, Restaurante hermoso. Las habitaciones impecables. Normalmente los precios no son baratos pero obtuvimos una buena oportunidad.

This Hotel is not Pet Friendly! It’s is if you give them 100 dollars a night for your pet ! Pool was cold , jacuzzi cold , restaurant was closed the bar was closed !

El hotel esta bonito pero no me gusto que no avisaron que la alberca no estaba funcionando al 100 por ciento. Estaba heladisima y estaba llena de plantas. La razon por la que vinimos es para usar la alberca ya que hacia calorsito este fin. Otra cosa que no nos gusto fue el restaurante alado de la alberca. El restaurante Leda estaba cerrado por un evento asi que no nos toco. Pero el de alado de la alberca tenia mucho

La habitación es muy cómoda, aunque el baño es frío y el agua en la regadera no sale muy caliente ni con mucha presión. La cama es muy cómoda, la televisión es de muy buen tamaño y las amenidades como la botella de agua, los chocolates y las galletas son un gran detalle. El personal es muy amable, el restaurante y pool bar muy buenos con precios razonables. El internet no es muy bueno y el WiFi no siempre funciona correctamente, nuestra habitación el sábado no la hicieron y al regresar en la tarde-noche al hotel, no fue nada agradable encontrarla así, pero aprovechamos ir a cenar y pedimos que la hicieran, al regresar estaba impecable, salvo ese detalle, el resto de la estancia fue muy agradable.

JUST LOVELY GROUNDS !!

Great hotel, the property is top notch, very nice details in the room. Plan on staying again when ever in Valle. We have stayed at Bruma, Encuentro, and liked this better. The location is also right next to very good wineries, Adobe Gaudalupe, Monte Xanic, Camou and EMEVE. Great staff as well! Thanks!!! Gracias!!!
