前回泊まった部屋とは違う部屋でしたが、とても静かで快眠できました。空港近くまでタクシーを依頼しましたが、女性ドライバーで安心して利用できました。

大通りから一本奥の道に面していて、夜は非常に静かで快眠できました。朝食のサービスも2種類から選べて美味しかったです。スタッフも親切で、部屋に追加の枕とブランケットもあり、良かったです。

Nice hotel, nice people, very well situated for trips to the cathedral, museums and small shops in the historic district. The hotel was a little noisy at night, but it is in the heat of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the roof was beautiful, looking out to the virgin statue and the basilica and the surrounding mountains.

Never cleaned the room toiletpaper never replaced when empty television didn't work. I paid for a room for 2 and they took out 1 of the 2 towels. Wall very dirty.

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only issue is how loud the traffic outside enters the room. Otherwise good value for money

Noise level resonates throughout property even when people walk and talk normally. Expect to be woken up around 7am when breakfast opens due to people talking and sound resonating. I struggled to sleep for 3 nights here, as you can hear ppl talking late into the evenings several doors away since windows face the hall. I almost changed hotels in the middle of stay partly due to noise and hot water issues (had to shower in cold water 1 night). Staff mostly friendly but offered me earplugs instead of another room tucked into a corner. I will never come back to this place.

The room was dirty when I got there. There was long strands of hair all in the bed. The shower was broken. The walls were very thin and you could heard everything next door. I checked out earlier since I didn’t even want to stay there another night.

A nice place to stay with a yummy breakfast. It is nice that it's close to one of the metros for easy travel.

Very high quality hotel

This is a great hostel in Quito. The rooms were spacious, and kept very clean. While the bathroom is slightly small for my taste, the shower was roomy and i had a place to put all my stuff. The bed and pillows were great. The desk was the only thing i did not like too much: it was too high and the chair was a curule-style one, definitely not comfortable to use as a desk chair. Wifi is fast, but not everywhere. There were spots in my room that had poor signal. Living room downstairs is ok, but wifi there is very fast. Breakfast is served in a nice, clean room. A bit small for my appetite, but it's great to get fresh fruit and juice. The staff is friendly and helpful. I liked a lot that there's laundry service available at a reasonable price. One other thing i found awesome is the closeness to the Alameda metro station, and some dining options like Pollo Campero or the Frutería Monserrate (what a great place to eat!). While the neighborhood was safe during my stay, i would not recommend going out for a walk after dark.
