Belle hôtel avec une belle vue, malgré les travaux, la salle de sport est magnifique. J’ai du attendre 1h pour intégrer la chambre. Mais sinon le service en général est bien

The property advertises the provision of housekeeping which they claim is available on request. However, my request for this service was denied. On the checkout day, there was a lot of extremely embarrassing drama. My daughter who had travelled with me, was unwell and had been sick in the bathroom when we were due to leave at 12.00. The male receptionist came and was trying to force his way into our room. I don’t know what he hoped to achieve by so doing. I asked him to give us a little more time to leave and he was insistent that we only had 10 minutes. I requested 20 minutes and he just stayed there arguing with me and kept insisting on entering the room, despite my informing him that I was not fully dressed and my daughter was in the bathroom. He came back a little while later with another male and all hell broke loose. They created commotion and pandemonium, threatening to call the police on us. We were not allowed to leave our luggage behind contrary to their claim to that effect. They were so disrespectful and treated my daughter and I as if we were common criminals, just because we chose to stay with them. I informed them that we had never experienced such dehumanising and unprofessional treatment before and they were boasting that that’s how they treat their guests. I had heard a similar commotion the previous day so that must be their stock in trade. They made an unauthorised charge of €40 to my card. Such unbelievable thuggery! Stay away from them!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön nur leider waren an den Betten viele Fingerabdrücke von anderen Gästen die wir etwas ekelhaft fanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich.

Hôtel níquel avec personnel sympathique et disponible.Chambres bien équipée et petit déjeuner bien fourni. Dommage que la passerelle piétonne ne soit pas ouverte en revanche depuis la gare du Stade

Ótimo Personal muito simpáticos e eficientes. Quarto confortável mas infelizmente a porta da varanda não fechava direito foi feito uma proposta de troca de quarto. Mas preferir permanecer no mesmo. Tinha uma recepcionista que falava português muito simpática e eficiente que facilitou a comunicação. A garagem muito prática e fácil acesso. Voltaria com prazer novamente.

Accueil sympa et commerçants

Le bâtiment est neuf. Chambre confortable et bien équipé. Proximité des transport commun et A86. La zone est en travaux avec peu de commodité autour Le service est bien et esprit commercial

Great hotel to stay. The staff is amazing and helpful. However the bridge crossing the roads from the hotel to easily access the train station is closed now for construction. So you have to walk around 10-15 min to get to the train station. But other than that the hotel is nice and clean. I recommend to all visitors .

un hôtel neuf et très beau mais malheureusement quartier entièrement en travaux aucune indication pour l'accès pas d'eau chaude dans les chambre juste tiède et impossible de régler le chauffage la chambre était surchauffée

Le séjour a étais bien passé

Franchement pas de chauffage ni d’eau chaude on apelle la réception avec nos portable car pas de fixe dans la chambre personne ne peux rien faire on nous dit d’envoyer un mail pour avoir le responsable et pour finir pas de sauna sa ne fonctionne pas !

Excellent hotel but please install a sink in the toilet to wash hands after using the toilet. Also, conceal the shower doors so the shower water doesn’t seep through the door. Thanks!

We were four, stayed there for one night. We liked the room and would definitely recommend it.
