Amazing!

清潔感が高く、サービスも丁寧で非常に満足度が高かったです。唯一のアクシデントは、予約した際に現金払いを選択したのに、クレジットカードでの支払いしか受け付けていないと言われた事です。

ホテル内や近隣に飲食できる場所がないので、Uber eatsで注文しました。 宿泊中の空港への無料送迎は大変助かりましたが、宿泊初日の空港からホテルへのバスは、場所や時間がわからず、ホテルに連絡をしたのですが、留守番電話となり、折り返しの連絡もなかったため、結局タクシーを利用しました。 朝食のビュッフェやジムなどは、料金内で利用でき、とても満足でした。 3泊しましたが、ベッドメイキング以外の掃除はできていない印象でした。

空港からのシャトルバスは30分おきで、他のホリデイインと間違えないように気を付けてください。 飛行機の着陸音もあまり気にならず、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 朝ごはんは一部のメニューが毎日変わり、飽きることはありません。 目の前のバス停から１０７番バスに乗って、Square One Shopping Centerに行くことが出来ます。

４泊。ホテルの施設、設備については全く問題無い。部屋は広く、清潔、洗濯設備も有り、Wi-Fiも速い。近くの空港の飛行機の離発着が見渡せるので、飛行機好きの人には嬉しい。ダウンタウンからは遠いが、空港までの無料シャトルと急行列車を利用すれば、早ければ40分で行ける。

Offered free shuttle - wait by “R” on ground floor for pick up at Terminal 1. Only a few min away! Had a great view of airport. Clean and relatively new. Breakfast was included. Great value for money. Definitely will return!

Excellent stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were recently on an extended vacation that took us to five different hotels. My kids will tell you that this one was their favorite. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My son loves airplanes, so upon our arrival, the staff made accommodations to give us a room on the top floor and with an airport view. My son sat and watched airplanes for hours. The hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. Noise was not an issue for us with the airport nearby. I also really enjoyed the fitness center.

Resort was ok, however needs more breakfast options

Nice place to stay

Great property but we had in issue with check in. Ourbfligjt was delayed so i messaged the property at the time of vooking notfying them of our late arrival but did not make any difference as when we areived m, the door was locked and the concierge was fast asleep. I had ny 82 year old father with me and we had to wait for an hour before he woke up and came to tje desk even tho we called and buzzed numerous times and inky after cintacting hotel.com and talking to an agent. We almost gave up. I was about to ask for a refund, get an uber and go to another hotel but we git lucky and buddy woke up from his slumber to come and check us in. So be warned if you are arrving late, you mugjt have issues.

I would highly recommend if needing to stay near the airport!

I would like it to be cleaner

New, welcoming, polite and helping staff members, clean and organized parking (extra charge), shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was a decent American breakfast.

The hotel was very helpful with all the questions and staff was friendly

I was satisfied with everything, but I was also very careful about my noise level because I could hear people's talk through the door between the rooms. Except that everything was good.
