バスルームがカビ臭かった。 エントランスがわかりづらく エレベーターもなかなかスリリングでした

外見・周囲はナポリ的だが、部屋や設備はきれいで満足だった。駅から近く他の観光地の移動が大変便利だった。スタッフも親切で丁寧に観光地等を教えてくれた。大変良いホテルです

ホテルへの入り方は、他の方も書かれているように、戸惑いますが、すぐ慣れます。ある意味、記憶に残るホテルです。 内部は、新しく、モダンで、清潔感があります。 ホテルの左右にあるレストランも、ピザやタコの料理のナボリ料理が、とても美味しかったです。

スタッフさんは親切でした！駅近ということもあり、外の音が気になりましたが仕方ないことだと思います。施設はやや古いですが、エレベーターも問題なく使用できました。バスルームはやや排水溝の臭いがしました。寝泊まりするだけなら十分なホテルな気がします。

駅前で便利な立地。治安もさほど気にならない。

This hotel is very near from Napoli central station. The room is not wide but convenient for short stay.

Ideal location for the train station and getting to and from the airport on the Alibus. Very nice staff who were very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great nights sleep!

O staff era super amigável e gentil. A localização do hotel é excelente, perto do centro histórico e da estação central, ótimos restaurantes e comércio por perto. O quarto era sempre muito bem limpo. Não ficaria em outro lugar quando voltar para Nápoles. Recomendo fortemente.

Nice, clean, safe hotel. Easy access to trains. Immediate neighborhood is fine, not as nice when move a couple blocks away.

it is good for what we paid for, it is a warm and friendly place, looks like home, staffs are friendly. We want to suggest to add the info (the guide) for how to check in because this hotel is in 2nd floor of a bldg. there is only a small sign by the gate. We have no idea about this, a gentle man from next door walk us to the elevator, it looks creepy at first ( - : ) until we arrive the 2nd floor, it looks like a hotel and feel better. Please provide the check in info, thanks

Cute and good. Hard to find. Just some rooms on second floor of multi use apartments. You have to go through an alcove. Tiny sign. Smelled of perfume. I believe to mask sewer smell that you smell when it wears off. Some street noise. Thin walls. Good shutters. I had a tiny balcony.
