ホテル全体、客室共に清潔で快適でした。朝食も種類豊富でおいしく、長期滞在でも飽きずに過ごせました。滞在中持参していた携帯の充電器が壊れるアクシデントがありましたが、ホテルの方が親切に対応してくれました。利便性も抜群の立地でした。また泊まりたいホテルです。

ロケーションがよく施設も綺麗です。急な冷え込みの日に室内がちょっと寒く、部屋では温度をコントロールできませんでした。また、清掃が飛ばされてしまった日があったのが残念です。

The location was great. The room was clean and spacious. I love to stay here next time I visit Warsaw again. However, I want the hotel to improve the following cleaning service. The washroom was clogged and I had to clean by myself. It was sooo gross and to remove some other guests remaining made me sick. Also the towels and bath towels were not exchanged regularly. They were folded messily and placed under the sink. I didn’t feel clean. There were complementary water, coffee and tea. But I didn’t get them on my fourth day. I hope they can provide more thorough and consistent service.

Great location. Next to Elektrownia Powiśle which had a lot of food and shopping. In addition, there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Also one block from Vistula River which is beautiful for walking and running. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel which takes you to top tourist attractions.

this is an anonymous chain hotel with no real soul or character. staff at reception and restaurant barely helpful. if it’s all u can find, it’s ok for a night.

Frustrating that the roof top bar area was closed for a private event the one night I booked with no forewarning of this. Also air conditioning in my room wasn’t great and it was extremely warm outside.

Staff are fair enough, breakfast is excellent, hotel is pretty close to Vistula river banks. I just noticed that that they don’t any tissue in the room, no slippers, no bathrobe. Other hotels have even if you’re just getting a superior room.

Overall, we had a good stay at Barceló Warsaw Powiśle. The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the location was excellent — only about a 1-minute walk to the metro, which made getting around Warsaw very easy. We also loved the view from the bar, especially at night overlooking the Vistula River. Another unexpected highlight: the hot water was actually very hot, which we really appreciated after long days out. That said, there were a couple of things that took away from the experience. The biggest issue for me was the scent used throughout the hotel outside the room — in the corridors and lobby it smelled like a very strong men’s cologne. I found it overwhelming and unpleasant, and for anyone sensitive to smells, it could be a real problem. I really wish they had chosen something much lighter and less intrusive. We also requested that our room not be cleaned during our stay, but it was still cleaned 2 nights out of 4. That was frustrating since we had specifically asked otherwise. And when the room was cleaned, tea and coffee were not replenished. So overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, with helpful staff and a beautiful bar view. But the overpowering scent and inconsistent housekeeping made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

Lovely hotel in an excellent position. We stayed here as it was close to the national football stadium where we watched the Foo Fighters. The only downside is the breakfast isn't great and it's expensive.

I writing a review so the owner of the Hotel can read this. we stayed for 4 days from June 3rd toJune 7th. Everythimg was great we paid 4 days of breakfast for 2 not realizing that we wont be at the hotel the last 2 days in the morning because we were on a early tour, I spoke with the person behing the main counter on June 4th and he said that they will fix that (return the money for the 2 days that I paid by mistake) and they will make it work. Befaore we left the hotel on the 7th I spoke with them again and I have the same answer. I'm back home and I contacted the main desk thru the phone and they said I need it to send an email directly to the Hotel, I did and still no response from them. The charge on the credit card still the same, this is very frustrating, I need somebody to ix the issue. I booked thru Hotels.com and we stayed at room 611 from June 3rd to June 7th. Please respond. Rooms were modern, fairly spacious and very clean, great food and beverage outlets close by. The staff was helpful and check-in and check-out were doe efficiently.

Good location for Metro and the tour bus. Lots of local bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The rest is definitely a case of style over substance. The prices are exorbitant given the quality of the rooms. I was personally sold a substandard room with no electricity for 250 euros. As compensation, I was given a drink at the bar, which is laughable. The rooms are run-down, and the biggest downside is the snooty and rude staff. Underground parking this is a joke. Driving down level 2 is a nightmare because narrow descent
