Arrived quite late on trip from Manchester to Oxford. This was a lovely place to stay and get a meal. The food was really good, and reasonably priced. Breakfast the next day was very good and the staff were very attentive, despite the need to get their children off to school. The room was spacious and quiet despite there being a road nearby.

Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again

A beautiful charming inn. Absolutely fantastic food. Staff and owners are such great hosts. I highly recommend would definitely stay there again. On our trip so far out of the four places we have stayed it far exceeds them all. Best wishes for success to the owners.

Wonderful overnight stop. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming on our arrival. Breakfast delicious 😋 The room was great too👍 Had a fridge, air con unit, in the room also which was a bonus ! Best of all we were able to park right outside the door of our room which was a godsend especially since we were travelling with our dog and don't always travel light ! (Also very easy indeed for late night walkies !) Breakfast in the morning was delicious 😋 A wide variety of choice too although we did opt for a full English! The Falcon at Hatton comes highly recommended and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to friends & family!

Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurant had a good curry menu and the breakfast was brilliant

Accommodation excellent spotlessly clean & well maintained. Pub itself similarly maintained. Breakfast well presented with various options. Evening meal well priced with British & Indian menus available. Would certainly stay at the Falcon again.

Easy to find; Staff very friendly

Only stayed for 1 night . Room was clean and staff very friendly . Booked an evening meal too and the food was very good . Only one thing to mention was the mattress could do with an upgrade.

If you intend staying overnight - take some ear plugs! The noise from the main road immediately outside is very intrusive. I cut short my stay as I could not face another poor night's sleep.

We were visiting friends in the area. The staff at the Falcon looked after us well. Our room was in very good condition. We were able to park outside our room.

Excellent staff and the accommodation was good and in good condition. Would definitely recommend that if you stay you have a meal in the restaurant, you will not be disappointed

This property is convenient for Warwick and has a large car park. However the room was very basic - uncomfortable beds and outdated pine furniture, a cracked and peeling lampshade and tiny TV. The main problem for us was the road noise. It is right next to a busy and fast road and the noise in the room was just terrible. We were booked for 2 nights but left after the first one as we practically didn't sleep. The staff/owners of the property were just LOVELY and couldn't have been more helpful. The indian meal we had in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and the complimentary breakfast was also excellent. I think the good reviews of this property must stem from the excellent food and not from people who have stayed here. I highly recommend it as a place to eat but discourage anyone from staying here if you are hoping for a decent sleep!

Very welcoming , the restaurant/pub is newly decorated , very welcoming . Food was very nice and catered for gluten free meals and breakfast ! The cleaner also asked you your needs ! Very dog friendly . I would definitely return .

Looking at the amount of 10/10 reviews on here I can only guess that most of them aren’t genuine. Rooms are acceptable but not great. Carpet and furnishings are well worn. The bed was two singles pushed together with a double sheet over the top. Very uncomfortable. Room was very noisy from the road outside. Tea, coffee and two bottles of water supplied in the room which is good. Breakfast was nice. I stayed in room 3. I would suggest asking for a room furthest from the road.

Staff are lovely. Room was very noisy from road traffic, TV is the smallest i have seen since the 1980's and had very poor reception. Bed for me was like sleeping on a brick and the bathroom light just flickered. After saying that the room was not over priced.
